Posted a second place finish overall at the Shacklette Invitational in 19:41.4 on the 5-kilometer layout. Placed 34th overall at the Codfish Bowl in 20:06. NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll (9/12).

High School: 2011 graduate of Coyle & Cassidy High School. Earned EAC All-Star honors in cross country and track and field. Holds the school record in the two-mile (outdoor) in a time of 11:45.

Personal: Born on July 14, 1993 in Taunton, Mass. Daughter of Heather Venturo of Taunton, Mass. and Robert Venturo of Raynham, Mass.. Has two sisters, Ashley (21) and twin-sister Brianna (18). Her twin-sister, Brianna, also runs on the cross country team at Stonehill.
