Volleyball Welcomes Six to Class of 2022

Six student-athletes to join Skyhawk volleyball program

EASTON, Mass. (May 29, 2018) – The Stonehill College volleyball team and head coach Kathleen Colpoys are pleased to announce the six incoming student-athletes for the class of 2022.

All six incoming student-athletes are from different states, including: Florida, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New York, and Rhode Island.

"I am very pleased and excited to welcome the class of 2022 to our Skyhawk Volleyball family!" stated Colpoys. "As a class, they represent significant positional diversity. They also bring with them a lot of versatility, as many of them have experience playing multiple positions throughout their high school and club volleyball careers."

Volleyball will see five seniors wrap up their four years at Stonehill, including Marykay Nasby (Belle Plaine, Minnesota/Belle Plaine), Claire Manuszak (Indianapolis, Indiana/Bishop Chatard), Colleen Kenney (Barnstable, Massachusetts/Barnstable), Ashley Hitchcock (Warrenville, Illinois/Benet Academy), and Katherine DeLanty (Smithtown, New York/Smithtown West).

"Beyong their volleyball talents, this group of six has been exceptionally successful academically in high school. I look forward to continuing to watch them grow on the court and in the classroom during their four-year careers as Skyhawks!" reacted Colpoys.
