2012-13: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (Spring Semester). Athletic Director's Honor Roll (Spring Semester). Competed in four events for the Skyhawks during the 2012-13 indoor season. Opened the season by running the mile event in 5:34.69 at the URI Coaches Tribute Meet (2/2/13). Registered a fifth place finish (11:04.93) in the 3000-meter event at the Tufts University Cupid Challenge (2/11/13). Took sixth place in a season-best time of 10:53.07 in the 3000-meter race at the NE-10 Championships (2/16/13).

2011-12: Distance Medley Relay NE-10 Champion. All-Northeast-10 (distance medley relay). Competed in five individual races and two relays on the season. A member of Stonehill's distance medley relay team at the conference championship setting a new meet record along with teammates Maura Ferrarini, Melissa Ulcena and Kristen Veit in a total time of 12:32.73. Ran a time of 2:25 in the 800-meter third leg. Also placed seventh overall at the NE-10 Championships (2/18/12) in the one mile run with a time of 5:13.24. Posted a sixth place finish overall in the 1,000 meter run at the UNH Tri-Meet (1/21/12) with a time of 3:11.80. Ran a time of 5:16.98 in the one mile run at the New Balance Boston Collegiate Indoor games (1/27/12). Finished ninth overall out of 24 competitors in the 3,000 meter run at the Charley Torpey Memorial Invitational (2/4/12) in 10:36.63. Posted a time of 5:14.04 in the one mile run at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/11/12). Competed in the distance medley relay with teammates Kristen Veit, Lauren Hanlon and Elizabeth LaRegina at the New England Championships (2/24/12) finishing ninth overall out of 19 teams in a total time of 12:14.69.

Outdoor Season

2013: Competed in one 5000-meter race, twice in the 800m race, and saw action four times in the 1500m event. Placed fourth at Bridgewater State Bears Invitational (3/23) in the 5000-meter run with a time of 19:42.58. Placed eleventh in the 1500-meter race at Skyhawk Invitational (4/26) by running in 4:50.62. Ran 4:49.24 at NE-10 Championships (5/4) in the same event. In two 800m events, posted times of 2:27.33 at Holy Cross Invitational (4/20) and 2:24.40 at NE-10 Championships.

2012: Saw action mainly in the 1500-meter run for the Skyhawks, competing in six meets. Placed 21^st out of 49 at UConn Spring Invitational (3/31), running in 4:59.95. Captured seventh at Skyhawk Invitational (4/14) with a time of 4:57.71. Ran 4:50.04 in the Northeast-10 Championships (5/5), good for eighth in the conference. Placed 24^th in the New England Championships (5/12) in the 1500m race with a 4:52.47 time. Ran the 3000m run in 10:42.75 at George Davis Invitational (4/7), and ran the 800m run in 2:25.52 at Holy Cross Crusades (4/21). Was part of 4x800 relay team that took second place at Skyhawk Invitational (9:38.66).

High School: 2011 graduate of Coyle & Cassidy High School. Served as captain of cross country and track and field teams in her senior year. Garnered EAC All-Star accolades in cross country and track and field. Holds school records in the one mile (indoor) with a time of 5:13, one mile (outdoor) in 5:15 and two-mile (outdoor) in 11:33.

Personal: Born on July 14, 1993 in Taunton, Mass. Daughter of Heather Venturo of Taunton, Mass. and Robert Venturo of Raynham, Mass. Has two sisters, Ashley (22) and twin-sister Brittany (19). Her twin-sister, Brittany, also runs on the cross country team at Stonehill.
