All-Northeast-10 Conference (distance medley relay)

2012-13: NE-10 Relay of the Week (4x400, 12/3, 12/10, 1/21). USTFCCCA All-East Region Team (4x400 relay).  Saw action in seven meets for the Skyhawks during her freshman campaign. Posted six top-four finishes including five top-two finishes during the season. Opened the year taking second place in both the 60-meter hurdles (9.60 seconds) and the 4x400 relay (4:08.80) at the UMass Boston Invitational (12/1/12). Registered a third place finish in the 55-meter hurdles (8.80 seconds) at the Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/7/12). Ran the third leg and helped the 4x400 meter relay team to first place at the URI Sorlien Invitational (12/19/12). Recorded a 61.3 leg in the 4x400 relay to lead Stonehill to a 4:01.14 time and a second place finish at the URI Coaches Meet (2/2/13). Placed fifth in the 60-meter hurdles at the NE-10 Championships in a time of 9.24 seconds (2/16/13). Clocked in at a time of 59.6 in the third leg to help the 4x400 relay team to a school-record mark of 3:52.15 at the New England Championships (2/22/13). Esernio Named to USTFCCCA All-East Region Team. 4x400 Team Collects NE-10 Weekly Award. 4x400 Team Earns NE-10 Weekly Honors For Second Straight Week. 4X400 Relay Takes Home Third NE-10 Weekly Award.

Outdoor Season

2013: All-New England (4x400m). Ran the 100-meter hurdles in every meet for Stonehill. Placed fourth at Bridgewater State Bears Invitational (3/23) with a time of 13.36, by far a season best. Ran 15.14 at Duke Invitational (4/5-6), placing eleventh in the preliminary. Reached finals of Northeast-10 Championship (5/3-4), running a 15.19 in the preliminary (6th). Finished with a time of 15.15 in the final, good for fifth. Competed in three 400-meter hurdles events. Placed sixth at Bridgewater State Bears Invitational (3/23) with a time of 1:12.36. Beat that mark with a run of 1:10.87 at Duke Invitational (4/5-6), and surpassed her personal best yet again with a 1:10.31 showing at Skyhawk Invitational (4/26), finishing seventh. Was part of 4x400m relay team with Jordan Gray, Sarah Wilson, and Maria Curit that finished seventh (3:52.66) at New England Championships (5/11), one-hundredth of a second off school record set by same relay team at NE-10 Championships. The quartet posted a 3:52.65 mark in the 4x400m relay, finishing third in the conference.

High School: 2012 graduate of Ward Melville High School. Four year letter winner in track & field. Received All-League and All-County honors for three consecutive years. Competed at winter Nationals and the spring State Championships sophomore season. Ran the 400m leg on Distance Medley Relay team that earned All-America honors junior year. Competed at winter State Championships senior year for the 55 H H and spring 100 H H. Served as team captain senior season.

Personal: Born on January 9, 1994 in Stony Brook, New York. Daughter of Anthony and Cathleen. Has two siblings, Jessica (23) and Jame (16). Favorite sport team is the New York Giants. Favorite athlete is Eli Manning.
