2010-11: NE-10 Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll.

2009-10: Placed seventh in the shot put with a throw of 34' 7.75" at the Wheaton College Invitational. Fourth in shot put at 35' 5" at Tufts Stampede. Fifth at the NE-10 Championships at 35' 1.75".

2008-09: NE-10 Women’s Field Freshman of the Week (5/4). NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll (4/20). Placed 14th in the shot put with a throw of 33 feet, 2.5 inches at the Rhody Indoor Track Classic. Finished 15th in the event at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games at 34' 9.5". Placed fifth at the NE-10 Championships at 37' 4".

High School: 2008 honors graduate of Voorhees High School. Letterwinner and team captain in track. Named first team All-Conference in outdoor track for javelin. Awarded MVP Field Athlete at Hunterdon/Warren Championships. Ranked 13th in the state. Also lettered in volleyball and basketball. National Honor Society member.

Personal: Born May 12, 1990, Clinton, N.J. Daughter of Jim and Laurie Insel of Clinton. Has two siblings, Ashley (22) and Jamie (18), who plays basketball at Assumption College. Majoring in international business with a minor in Italian. Member of the Yearbook Club and Colleges Against Cancer. Supports the New York Yankees.
