2015: Made his collegiate debut at the Shacklette Invitational, finishing sixth overall in 27:04 (9/5). Also competed in the Kutztown DII/DIII Challenge, placing 16th in 27:04.2 (9/19).
High School: 2015 graduate of Peabody Veterans Memorial High School, where he competed in cross country and track. As a senior, earned Northeastern Conference All-Star honors for cross country, indoor track (1000m), and outdoor track (4x800m, mile). Also garnered Boston Globe and Boston Herald All-Scholastic accolades as a senior and placed second at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals in the 4xmile relay.
Personal: Born August 9th, 1996 in Salem, Mass. to Sandra and Sean Dowd. Has an older sister, Hayley (21). Father (Sean) attended Stonehill and played football, and sister (Hayley) plays soccer at Boston College.
