Indoor Season

2012-13: All-American (60-meter hurdles). NCAA Championships Qualifier (high jump, 60-meter hurdles). NE-10 Male Athlete of the Year. All-New England (high jump, 60-meter hurdles). Northeast-10 Conference Champion (60-meter hurdles & high jump). NE-10 Track Athlete of the Week (12/25). NE-10 Field Athlete of the Week (12/3, 12/10, 1/28, 2/4). Was prolific in the high jump, finishing victorious in the first six meets of the season. Victories include a 6-10.75 effort at UMass Boston Invitational (12/1/12), 7-01.50 at Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/7), 6-08.75 at URI Sorlien Invitational (1/19/13), a school record 7-03.00 at Joe Donahue Games (1/25), 7-00.25 at URI Coaches Tribute Invitational (2/2), and 7-02.25 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (2/16), the latter good for an All-Conference honor. Placed third in the high jump at New England Championships (2/23), clearing 6-08.25, good for an All-New England bid. Finished 3rd in the high jump at NCAA Division II Championships (3/9) , the 7-00.00 height an All-American mark in the high jump. Was also successful in the 60-meter hurdles during the indoor season. Was victorious at UMass Boston Invitational with a time of 8.34-seconds, running 8.38 in the preliminaries. Saw the same finishes in the standings at Joe Donahue Games, running the preliminaries in 8.16-seconds, the finals in 8.04. Was victorious in the preliminaries and finals of the 60m hurdles at the Northeast-10 Championships, running 8.21 and 7.89-seconds, respectively. At the New England Championships, ran the preliminaries in 8.09-seconds (4th), the semifinals in 8.00-seconds (1st), and finished the finals in 7.88-seconds, good for 2nd place, an All-New England honor, and a school record. At the NCAA Division II Championships, ran the preliminaries of the 60m hurdles in 7.99-seconds, good for third, and finished the finals in 8th place, running in 8.09-seconds, good for an All-American honor.

2011-12: High Jump New England Champion. All-New England (60-meter hurdles & high jump). 55-meter high hurdles NE-10 Champion. All-Northeast-10 (55m high hurdles & high jump). NCAA Provisional Qualifer - high jump and 60-meter high hurdles. NE-10 Field Athlete of the Week (1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/20, 2/27). USTFCCCA East Region (60 Meter Hurdles, High Jump). Competed in the high jump, the 55-meter hurdles and 60-meter hurdles throughout the season for Stonehill. Earned All-America honors in the high jump at the NCAA Division II National Championships (3/9/12) with a height of 7-00.25 for 3rd place overall. Also, ranked 13th overall in the 60-meter hurdles at the NCAA Division II National Championships in 8.10-seconds. Finished 1st overall at the New England Championships (2/24/12) with a height of 7-02.25. Also, competed in the 60-meter hurdles and finished 4th overall in th event in 8.20-seconds. Placed 2nd overall at the Northeast-10 Conference (NE-10) Championships (2/18/12) with a height of 7-00.25. Captured the NE-10 Championship in the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 7.57-seconds. Ranked 2nd overall out of 26 competitors in the high jump at the Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/11/12) by clearing 6-10.25-inches. Posted a 1st place finish in the high jump at the Charley Torpey Memorial Invitational (2/4/12) with a height of 7-00.25. Had two NCAA Provisional Qualifier in his first meet of the season at the University of New Hampshire Tri-Meet (1/21/12) with a 1st place finish in the 55-meter hurdles (7.58-seconds) and another 1st place finish in the high jump (6-10.75). Ranked 1st overall in the 55-meter hurdles at the New Balance Boston Collegiate Indoor Games (1/27/12) in 7.48-seconds and 2nd overall in the high jump (6-11.75).

2010-11: NCAA Division II High Jump National Champion. 2x All-American. 2x All-New England selection. NE-10 Male Athlete of the Year. Captured first-ever national championship in program history and fourth total at Stonehill. Earned All-America honors in the high jump and 60 meter hurdles. Placed fifth overall in a school record time of 8.08 in the 60 meter hurdles at the NCAA's. Also earned All-New England honors in the high jump and 60 meter hurdles. Placed first in the 55 meter hurdles four times during the season highlighted by a 7.48 first place performance at the NE-10 championships. Finished first in the high jump seven times during the indoor season highlighted by his season-best performace of seven-feet and 1.75-inches at the Boston University Valentine Classic, an indoor school record. Finished third at New England's in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.12.

2009-10: All-American (High Jump). 2x All-New England (High Jump and 55 meter hurdles). NE-10 Male Athlete of the Year. First-ever field event All-American in Stonehill College Track and Field program history. Finished third in the high jump in the NCAA's at 6'11.5. Earned All-New England Honors in the high jump and 55 meter hurdles.

Outdoor Season

2013: NCAA Qualifier (high jump, 110-meter hurdles). New England Champion (110-meter hurdles). All-New England (high jump, 110-meter hurdles). Northeast-10 Champion (high jump). All-Northeast-10 (high jump). Competed in every meet for the Skyhawks, mainly seeing action in the high jump and 110-meter hurdles. In the high jump, claimed a victory at Duke Invitational (4/6), clearing 6-10.25. Finished 2nd at UMass Invitational (4/13) with a high jump of 6-07.00. Was victorious at Holy Cross Invitational (4/20) and Skyhawk Invitational (4/26), with both victories coming with a 6-09.75 showing. Was also victorious with a 6-09.75 height at Northeast-10 Championships (5/4), good for an All-Conference bid as the conference champion. Finished 2nd in the high jump at New England Championships (5/11) by clearing 6-08.75. At the NCAA Division II Championships (5/24), cleared 6-10.25 in route to a 13th-place finish. In the 110-meter hurdles, finished 4th at Duke Invitational with a time of 14.66, after a 2nd-place 14.46 run in the preliminaries. Finished second at Holy Cross Invitational with a time of 14.42. Finished 1st at New England Championships in the 110m hurdles with a finals time of 14.29 (14.24 preliminaries, 1st place). At the NCAA Division II Championships, placed 18th in the preliminaries of the 110m hurdles, finishing in 14.24-seconds.

2012: Competed in six meets for the Skyhawks during the spring season. Placed 2nd/8 in the UConn Spring Invitational high jump (6-08.31). Dominated at the George Davidson Invitational, finishing 1st/14 in the 110m hurdles (14.32), 1st/12 as the 2nd leg of the 4x100m (42.69) and 2nd/7 in the high jump (6-06.73). Took 1st/8 in the Skyhawk Invitational 110m hurdles (14.36) and 1st/10 in the high jump (6-11.00). Finished 1st/8 in the Holy Cross Crusades 110m hurdles (14.44) and 1st/9 in the high jump (6-08.75). Notched 1st place in both his events at the Brown Springtime Invitational, 1st/16 in the 100m hurdles (14.53) and 1st/18 in the high jump (6-11.56).

2011: All-American (High Jump). 2x All-New England selection. Finished 6th overall in the high jump at the NCAA championships. Set the school record in the 110 meter hurdles at New England's in 14.31. Placed first in the 110 meter hurdles four times during the season including a first place performance at the NE-10 championships in 14.75. Finished first in the high jump five times during the outdoor season highlighted by his first place performance at the NE-10 championships (six-feet and 6.75-inches). Cleared six-feet and 11-inches for a second place finish at the Larry Ellis Invitational. Finished third at New England's in the high jump clearing six-feet and 8.75-inches.

2010: All-American (High Jump). 2x All-New England selection. Finished third at the NCAA championships in the high jump clearing 7'1, a school record height outdoors. First double New England champion in program history. Finished first in the high jump at New England's with a height of 7'0.5 and first in the 110 meter hurdles in 14.58 seconds.

High School: 2009 graduate of B.C. High School. Letterwinner for coach John Normant, serving as captain for two years. Six-time MVP (team and league), six-time league All Star and six-time Catholic Conference All Star. Currently holds records for the 55m hurdles, 110m hurdles, the 400m hurdles and high jump for both indoor and outdoor track. Holds state records in high jump, 55m hurdles, 110m hurdles, 400m hurdles and 4 x 200m relay. Indoor track team went undefeated and earned Catholic Conference Champions and State Champions. Letterwinner for football and earned State Champions.
