Indoor Season

2011-12: Distance Medley Relay NE-10 Champion
. All-Northeast-10 (DMR). Competed in five races and two relays overall for the Skyhawks on the season. Earned All-Northeast-10 Conference (NE-10) honors in the distance medley relay along with teammates Daniel Zawalich, Sean Hanlon and Justin Blaszczyk with a first place finish in a total time of 10:16.90 on February 18, 2012. Ran the third leg of Stonehill's 4x800-meter relay at the Charley Torpey Memorial Invitational (2/4/12) that finished third overall in a time of 8:06.02. Placed fifth overall out of 20 competitors in the 800-meter run at the Jay Carisella Invitational (12/3/11) with a time of 2:00.40. Ranked 11th overall in the 1,000-meter run at the Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/10/11) in 2:38.51, a personal best time. Claimed sixth place in the 500-meter run at the University of New Hampshire Tri-Meet (1/21/12) in 1:10.37, a personal best time. Ranked 20th overall out of 47 competitors in the 800-meter run (2:00.26) at the New Balance Boston Collegiate Indoor Games (1/27/12). Finished seventh overall in the 800-meter run at the NE-10 Championships in a personal best time, indoors, with a time of 1:59.94.

2010-11: NE-10 Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll. Ran to a career best time of 1:13.07 in the 500 meters at the University of New Hampshire Tri-Meet. Posted a career best time of 2:04.62 in the 800 meters at the Tufts Stampede. Also ran the 800 meters at the Jay Carisella Invitational (2:09.37) and the NE-10 championships (2:06.92).

Outdoor Season

2010-11: Posted a career best time, outdoors, in the 800 meters with a time of 2:02.56 at the NE-10 championships. Also competed in the 800 meters at the Bridgewater State University Invitational (2:09.14) and the UMass Minutemen Invitational (2:03.93). Ran a career best time of 53.50 in the 400 meters at the Skyhawk Invitational and also notched a time of 53.9 on Stonehill's 4x400 team at the Skyhawk Invitational.

High School: 2010 graduate of Peabody Veterans Memorial High School. Four-year letterwinner in indoor and outdoor track, serving as captain his senior year. Holds distance medley and sprint medley relay records. Recieved the Division I MIAA Team Sportsmanship Award. State Relay 4x800 Champions and League Champions in the 800m and 4x800m. Outdoor track All-Star all four years and indoor track All-Star for two years. Also a letterwinner in soccer and cross country. Named soccer MVP his freshman year.

Personal: Born August 18, 1991, Salem, Mass. Son of Cheryl O'Blenes and Robert Cronin of Reabody, Mass. Has a twin brother. Father played soccer at Salem State College. Majoring in business. Greatest sports moment was breaking the school record in the sprint medley and running a personal best time.
