Indoor Season

2011-2012: All-American (Distance Medley Relay).Distance Medley Relay NE-10 Champion. All-New England (4x800m, DMR). All-Northeast-10 (DMR). Athletic Director's Honor Roll (Fall Semester). NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (Both Semesters). USTFCCCA East Region (Distance Medley Relay). Competed in seven individual races and six relays including the 4x800-meter run and the distance medley relay. Earned All-America honors at the NCAA Division II Indoor National Championships (3/10/12) in the distance medley relay running the opening 1,200-meter leg of the event. Stonehill finished sixth overall with a time of 10:04.69. Claimed All-New England status in the 4x800-meter relay and distance medley relay at the Indoor New England Championships (2/24/12 & 2/25/12). Posted an NCAA Automatic Qualifying time and school record performance in the distance medley relay along with teammates Patrick Cooney, Sean Hanlon and Daniel Zawalich in a time of 9:50.33 finishing second overall. Also, placed fifth overall in the 4x800-meter relay in 7:41.53. Placed first overall in the distance medley relay at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (2/18/12) earning NE-10 All-Conference honors. Ranked first overall in the 1,000-meter run at the Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/10/11) with a time of 2:31.08. Also, placed first overall in the 4x800-meter relay (8:00.42). Ran to a second place finish in the 800-meter run at the University of New Hampshire Tri-Meet (1/21/12) in 2:00.31. Placed third overall in the 1,000-meter run at the Northeast-10 Conference (NE-10) Championships (2/18/12) in a time of 2:28.56, a personal best. Placed 11th overall out of 56 competitors in his first race of the season - the one mile run - in 4:22.21 at the Jay Carisella Invitational (12/3/11).

2010-11: NE-10 Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll. Competed in several mid-distance races for the Skyhawks spanning from the 800 to the one mile run and 4x800 and distance medley relays. Ran a career best time, indoors, of 1:57.97 at the Jay Carisella Invitational in the 800. Posted a 2:31.36 time in the 1,000 meter run at the Boston University Valentine Classic. Ran a time of 4:29.57 in the one mile at the Tufts University Stampede. Finished third at the NE-10 championships in the 1,000 meters in 2:32.55. Helped Stonehill to a fourth place finish in the 4x800 meters at the NE-10 championships. Participated in the distance medley relay at the New England Indoor Championships in the 1,200 meters running a time of 3:08.2 helping Stonehill finish 16th. Ran the first leg in the 4x800 meter relay at New Englands finishing eighth overall in a total time of 7:51.36.

Outdoor Season

2010-11: Athletic Director's Honor Roll Spring Semester. NE-10 Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll. Posted a personal best time, outdoors, in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:56.90 ranking fourth on the team during the season. At the George Davis Invitational, ran a time of 4:03.42 in the 1,500 meter run. Notched a time of 51.1 in 4x400 meter relay at the Bryant Invitational. Had a time of 1:58.0 in the 4x800 meters at the Skyhawk Invitational.

High School: 2010 graduate of Smithtown High School. Four-year letterwinner in cross country. Team was All-League and All-Division, as well as two year county champions and one year county runner-ups. Also a letterwinner in indoor & outdoor track, serving as captain his senior year. Earned MVP for indoor track and recieved All-League and All-Division for outdoor track.

Personal: Born November 26, 1992 in, Stony Brook, N.Y. Son of Ted Blaszczyk and Christine Bracco of Saint James, N.Y. Has two brothers, Matt (19) and Drew (14). Supports the New York Yankees. Lists Mariano Rivera as favorite athlete.
