2009: NCAA Division II All-East Region Team. NE-10 All-Conference First Team. Placed 19th at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational. Finished 5th overall at the USI Pre-National Invitational. Stonehill's top finisher in 17th place at the New England Championship. Seventh overall at the NE-10 Championship to earn a selection to the All-Conference First Team. Placed 9th at the NCAA Division II East Regional Meet to earn All-East Region honors. Placed 105th at the NCAA Championship. NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll (9/15, 9/29, 10/13).

Previous College:
Attended Iona College for two years. Was a member of the cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams. 2007: Placed 5th at the Tri-Meet, VCP (10/16/07), with a time of 9:04 in the 3K. Placed 13th at MAAC Championship (10/26/07), with a time of 26:06.9 in the 8K. Had a season best of 26:01 at the IC4As (11/17/07) in the 8K. 2008: Had a season best 25:20.1 in the 8K at Pre-Nationals-White, Terre Haute, IN (10/18/08). Placed 22nd with a time of 25:58.3 in the 8K at the MAAC Championship in Lake Buena Vista, FL (11/1/08).

High School:
2007 graduate of Haverhill High School. Was a three-sport, four-year letterwinner in cross country and indoor and outdoor track for coach Mike Maguire. Also served as team captain for all three sports senior year. Two time Globe All-Scholastic, and two-time Herald All-Scholastic. Was New England Champion in the 1000m (9th nationally). Four-time Conference MVP.
