Nick Gale joined the Stonehill Men's Soccer program in February 2019 as an assistant coach. 

In his club coaching career, Gale spent 10 years coaching for Explosion Futbol Club in Southeast Massachusetts where he was named Coach of the Year in 2011. Following a club merger with the Boston Bolts, Gale spent 2018-19 as a high school boys club head coach in the Bolts Southeast region.

Before joining the Stonehill staff, Gale was previously the King Philip Regional High School Boys Varsity Head Coach from 2015-18, where he helped the program qualify for the MIAA Division I Tournament three of the four years and he was named HockomockSports.com Coach of the Year in 2016. Gale was also a staff coach for the Norton High School boys program from 2008-14.

He was also part of the 2007 Men's team at Bridgewater State College that won the MASCAC Championship and earned a NCAA Division III Tournament bid.

Gale graduated from Bridgewater State College in 2010 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management.
