2013: NE-10 Academic All-Conference. NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll for both semesters. Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for both semesters. Appeared in all 16 matches for Stonehill during his junior season, making six starts. Tied for the team lead in goals (two) with three other players. Recorded eight shots, including four on goal. Tallied his first collegiate goal in the 62nd minute of Stonehill's 1-1 draw at American International (10/18). Added another goal two matches later, in the 58th minute of Stonehill's 2-1 comeback victory against Saint Michael's (10/29). Canniff Earns NE-10 Academic All-Conference Honors.

2012: Division II ADA Academic Achievement Award. NE-10 Commisioner's Honor Roll fall semester. Athletic Director's Honor Roll fall semester. Appeared in 15 games and earned three starts for the Skyhawks. Started the first game of his career in a 1-1 tie against St. Thomas Aquinas (8/30). Also started games against Southern Connecticut (9/15) and Southern New Hampshire (9/19). Recorded seven shots including four shots on goal.

2011: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll fall semester. Made 10 appearances for Stonehill, all off of the bench. The Skyhawks went 7-3-0 overall during that span. Recorded one shot in a 2-0 win over Mercy College (10/12).

2010: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll Spring Semester. Appeared in two games off the bench for the Skyhawks.

High School: 2010 graduate of Billerica Memorial H.S. Three-year letterwinner for coach John Vassallo; served as team captain as a senior. Named to the Merrimack Valley Conference All-Conference team as a senior. Named MVC All-Star as a junior. Also a two-year letterwinner in lacrosse, where he was a two-time MVC All-Star.

Personal: Born July 19, 1992, Winchester, Mass. Son of Edward and Catherine Canniff of Billerica, Mass. Has two brothers, Brian (19) and Daniel (15). Father, Edward, played tennis for Holy Cross. Majoring in marketing. Alpha Mu Alpha National Marketing Honorary member. Lambda Epsilon Sigma Honor Society member. Men's Soccer team's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee representative. Goal at Stonehill is to win a conference championship. Favorite team is Manchester United; favorite athlete is Jack Wilshere.
