EASTON, Mass. (December 14, 2011) – Stonehill College senior forward Michael White (Lisbon, N.H./Lisbon) has been selected to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Division II All-East Region third team. White collects his second career NSCAA All-East Region selection after earning second team accolades last season.

White, who became the first Stonehill player to earn Northeast-10 Conference (NE-10) first team honors since Tom Wetzel in 1999 this season, finished tied for second in the NE-10 in goals (10) and third overall in points (25).

Over his four-year career, White has compiled 24 goals and 11 assists for 59 points in 69 games played to go along with eight game-winning markers. White concluded his senior season having missed just one contest in his career which occurred during his freshman season.

White, a two-sport athlete at Stonehill, also earned American Baseball Coaches' Association (ABCA) All-East Region second team honors and Daktronics All-East second team honors as a member of the Skyhawk baseball team last spring.

Stonehill, who fell to Franklin Pierce University, 4-0, in the NE-10 quarterfinal round, tied the program record for conference wins this fall which was set in 1990 (7-1-1) and clinched its first winning season since 1997 (9-8-1).
