| Junior Shaun Keeley leads the Skyhawks with three goals on the season |
Keeley Named Conference Player Of The Week
Easton, Mass. - Junior co-captain Shaun Keeley (Woburn, Mass.) was named the Northeast-10 Conference Player of the Week as announced by the conference on Monday.
Keeley scored two first half goals in a 3-0 shutout of Briarcliffe on Tuesday and scored the lone goal in the Skyhawks 1-1 draw with the Queens College Knights. His three goals on the season lead the team.
Sophomore Brandon McFarlane (Norwich, Conn.) was recognized for his playing last week as well, as he was named to the Northeast-10 honor roll. McFarlane recorded his second shutout of the season in a 3-0 win against Briarcliffe and had ten saves in the Skyhawks 1-1 tie with Queens.
Stonehill next takes to the field when they host Southern New Hampshire University at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, September 24 at Skyhawk field.
