Dorgan Earns NE-10 Rookie Of The Week Honors

Skyhawks ranked no. 12 nationally and first in East Region

EASTON, Mass. (November 14, 2012) – Stonehill College freshman forward Robbie Dorgan (Ossining, N.Y.) has been named the Northeast-10 Conference (NE-10) Rookie of the Week, it was announced earlier today.

Dorgan dished out three assists for the Skyhawks in an 0-3 week overall. It's the first time this season he's been honored with this award.

Dorgan currently ranks tied for third overall on the team in scoring with four points total in six games played. Dorgan deposited his first-career collegiate goal in an 8-3 win over Johnson & Wales in the Skyhawks season opening victory on Wednesday, October 31.

Stonehill (2-4, 0-0 NE-10) hosts Southern New Hampshire University in its first NE-10 contest of the season tonight at the Foxboro Sports Center at 7 p.m.
