2011-12: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (Both Semesters). Athletic Director's Honor Roll (Fall Semester). Made four starts for the Skyhawks on the season earning a 2-0-2 record overall in net. Compiled 122 saves, a .917 save percentage and a 2.64 goals against average (GAA). Stopped 40 shots in a 3-1 win over Assumption College in a 3-1 win over the Greyhounds in the NE-10 semifinals to advance Stonehill to its third conference title game in program history. Had 23 saves in a 3-2 regular season win against Assumption College on 2/18/12. Made 23 saves in a 3-3 tie in overtime against Franklin Pierce (1/23/12). Stopped 36 shots in his first start of the season against Framingham State in a 5-5 tie in overtime on 12/6/11. Earned two nods to the NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll (2/20/12 and 2/27/12).
2010-11: Athletic Director's Honor Roll Spring Semester. NE-10 Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll. Played in 12 games compiling a 3-7-0 record to go along with a 3.27 goals against average and a team-high .898 save percentage. turned away 307 shots on the season. Turned away 30 shots in the season opener against Johnson and Wales University (11/2), a 4-2 win. Stopped 95 shots in his first three games of the season for a 1-2-0 record overall. Posted six games with 30 saves or more throughout the season. Compiled a season-high 37 saves in back-to-back games on 1/22 and 1/25 allowing just five goals. Stonehill went 1-1-0 during that stretch. Turned away a season/period-high 15 shots in a 6-2 win over Assumption College (1/22) and 37 saves total for First Star honors in a 6-2 victory. Made 19 saves in a 4-1 win over Framingham State (2/3) earning Third Star accolades. NE-10 Goaltender of the Week (11/9). NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll (1/24, 2/7).
2009-10: Made 14
appearances in goal, including 12 starts. Became the first player
in program history to post consecutive shutouts when he blanked
Southern New Hampshire (11/29) and Worcester State (12/1),
beginning a five-game winning streak with two shutouts and just
four goals allowed, for which he was featured in Sports
Illustrated's "Faces in the Crowd." Made 145 saves total during
five-game winning streak en route to a 1.00 goals against average
and a .973 save percentage. Racked up a season-high 37 saves in 4-1
victory over UMass Dartmouth (12/8), snapping a 41-game program
losing streak against the Corsairs. Made 29 saves against Salve
Regina, holding them scoreless after the 10th minute, to earn the
second star in a 2-1 win (12/9). Stopped 24 shots in a 10-4 victory
over Southern New Hampshire (2/18), his third win of the year over
the Penmen. Had nine games with 25 saves or more during the
season. NE-10 Goaltender of the Week (11/30, 12/7,
12/14). Tyler Jackson in "Faces in the
Crowd."
2008-09: Appeared in one game in net for the Skyhawks. Allowed four goals while stopping 27 shots against Saint Anselm (2/26).
High School: 2008 graduate of Christian Brothers Academy. Three-year letterwinner for coach Ryan Bogan. Earned All-State honors. All-Gordon Conference and All-Shore Conference selection. All-Non Public selection. Rated top Non-Public goalie in the state by the Star Ledger. Also earned letters in tennis and lacrosse. Played club hockey with Red Bank Generals and American Eagles.
Personal: Born July 31, 1990, Red Bank, N.J. Son of James and Michele Jackson of Little Silver, N.J. Has a brother, Collin (29), and two sisters, Shea (18) and Dillon (16). Majoring in finance. Serves as assistant chairperson of the Stonehill Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Supports the New York Rangers. Ice hockey team's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee representative.
