Chris Labidou is in his second season as an assistant coach at Stonehill, serving in the role of Director of Football Operations for head coach Eli Gardner, as well as position coach for the Skyhawks offensive line. Under Labidou's direction in 2019, the Stonehill offensive line that blocked for the top-ranked offense in the NE10, averaging a Conference-best 415.8 yards of offense per game (21st nationally), including 193.7 rushing yards (2nd NE10) and 222.1 passing (4th). The Skyhawks ranked second in the NE10 for team pass efficiency (141.04) and fewest sacks allowed (1.60 per game). The line blocked for Justin Felder, the program's first Harlon Hill Trophy candidate, who set program records for rushing yards (1,513), touchdowns (16), total touchdowns (18), scoring (108 points) and all-purpose yards (1,611). He coached two All-NE10 performers on the Skyhawks offensive line in first team All-NE10 selection Matthew Marvin and second team pick, Joe Bastante.

Labidou comes to Stonehill after two seasons an assistant coach at McDaniel College, in Westminster, Maryland, since August 2017. He coached the offensive line, tight ends and halfbacks for the Green Terror on coach Mike Dailey's staff. In addition to his on-field coaching duties, he established valuable recruiting contacts in Baltimore and Virginia. Prior to his two seasons at McDaniel, Labidou was an undergraduate student-assistant at his alma mater Bowie State University on coach Damon Wilson's staff. He has also worked at Lauren's First and Goal Camp, Towson University's Travel Camp and Bowie State University Exposure Camp.

Labidou is a 2016 graduate of Bowie State, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in sociology. He was an interior lineman for the Bulldogs, earning All-Rookie Team honors. Labidou received his Master's of Science degree in kinesiology from McDaniel in 2019.
