 2014: Capital One Academic All-District I first team. NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters. Started each of the 47 games that he appeared in during his junior season. Hit .295 (49-for-166), good for second on the team, with seven doubles, one triple, and 26 RBI. Also scored 21 runs, drew 17 walks, was hit by a team-high eight pitches, stole seven bases in ten opportunities, and struck out 31 times. Posted a career-best 16-game hitting streak from 4/6-4/29, and reached base safely in the final 24 games of the season. Recorded nine multi-hit efforts, including a season-best 4-for-5 performance with a double and two runs in an 8-4 win at Saint Anselm (4/13). Went 2-for-3 with a walk, a double, and two RBI in a 7-1 win over Saint Thomas Aquinas (3/8). Reached base four times with three hits and a walk in a 5-1 win at Franklin Pierce (3/28). Went 3-for-4 with a triple, two RBI and two runs in an 8-2 win over Saint Michael's on 4/21. Posted a .928 fielding percentage, making 15 errors in 208 chances.

2013: Division II ADA Academic Achievement Award. NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll for both semesters. Saw action in 30 games and made 26 starts for Stonehill during his sophomore year. Posted a .263 average (25-for-95) with five doubles, two triples, 11 RBI, 12 walks, 16 runs, a .351 on-base percentage, and a .358 slugging percentage. Registered a .978 fielding percentage, making just two errors in 90 total chances. Appeared in two games for the Skyhawks on the mound, earning a 3.00 ERA with one earned run, four hits, one walk, and two strikeouts in three innings on the year. Collected multiple hits in six contests and scored multiple runs in two games during the year. Stole a base and scored a run in his first appearance of the season, a 7-4 triumph over Felician College (2/22/13). Recorded his first hit of the season and scored run in a 1-for-4 showing in Stonehill’s 4-3 win against Molloy College (2/23/13). Roped a single and scored two runs during a 9-2 thrashing of Mercyhurst College (2/24/13). Went 2-for-3 with two singles, one walk, one RBI, and three runs in a 9-0 shutout of Assumption College (3/3/13). Posted three hits, three RBI, one double, and pitched a hitless inning of work in Stonehill’s 13-7 victory over Saint Anselm (3/4/13). Hit a walk-off sacrifice fly in a 2-for-5 effort with one RBI and one run scored during a 3-2 win over the University of Bridgeport (3/9/13). Collected three more RBI when he tripled during a 1-for-3 performance in a 6-5 win over Pace (3/16/13). Went 2-for-5 with a single, a triple, two RBI, and a run during a 12-10 loss to New Haven (3/24/13). Recorded a five-game hitting-streak from April 2 – April 20. Singled and scored a run during a 7-5 loss to UMass Lowell (4/2/13). Registered a walk and a single and scored a run in the Skyhawks’ 7-6 loss to Saint Rose (4/7/13). Recorded a pinch-hit walk and scored a run during nationally ranked Franklin Pierce University (4/21/13). Ended the season on a five game hitting streak, hitting .400 (6-for-15) with three doubles, four walks, one RBI, and two runs scored. Clocked a double during Stonehill’s 6-4 loss to Saint Anselm College (4/28/13). Singled twice, walked, and scored a run in Stonehill’s 4-3 victory over UMass Lowell (4/30/13). Went 1-for-1 with two walks, one double, one RBI, and one run during an 8-6 win over Merrimack College (5/4/13).

High School: Three sport athlete for Notre Dame High School in Fairfield, Conn. Holds the record for fastest 200m leg for a freshman in the 4x200m relay. Won State Championship with football team during junior year. Started two years for the baseball team (2B/SS) and won the State Championship as a senior. Earned Conn. Legion MVP award following his senior year.

Personal: Born May 3, 1993, in Milford, Conn. Son of George and Lynn Baglini of Milford. Has two older sisters, Marissa (34) and Lisa (31). Received St. Thomas Aquinas, Patron Saint of Students, Medal for having the highest cumulative grade point average on the team the last three years. Sigma Zeta Mathematics and Natural Sciences National Honor Society member. Lists the New York Yankees as his favorite team and Derek Jeter as his favorite athlete. Chose Stonehill because of the Dunkin Donuts in the Science Center and for the great campus. Enjoys playing basketball and beach volleyball.
