2014: NCAA All-East Region selection & NE-10 All-Conference second team performer. NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll fall semester. Raced in seven meets for the Skyhawks during her sophomore season, including her second straight appearance at the NCAA Championships. Opened her season at the Kutztown DII/DIII Challenge, finishing 19th with a time of 24:07. Followed that up with a time of 22:12 at the Paul Short Invitaional, good for 158th place overall. At the New England Championships, she posted a time of 18:45.47 and finished 72nd. Earned 11th place at the Gates Farm Meet after clocking in at 27:37.5. Collected All-NE-10 second team honors, placing tenth overall at the NE-10 Championships in 25:40.7. Earned All-Region honors with a 16th place finish in 22:26.7 at the NCAA East Regional. Wrapped up her season with a 132nd place effort at the NCAA Championships, clocking in at 23:77.7.

Ran in each of Stonehill's seven meets during her freshman season, posting two top-10 performances. Finished tenth overall at the Shacklette Invitational with a time of 19:40.9 in her first collegiate race (9/7). Posted a time of 23:44.08, good for 30th place, at the 6k DII/DIII Challenge (9/14). Finished the 5k Codfish Bowl in 19:39, good for 11th place (9/28). Ran to a 114th-place finish in 19:13 at the New England Championships (10/12). Registered her second top-10 effort of the season and earned All-Conference first team honors after becoming the first freshman to finish at the NE-10 Championships in seventh place with a season-best time of 18:40 (10/27). Earned a time of 23:59.7, good for 38th place, at the East Region Championship (11/10). Wrapped up her freshman season by placing 216th in 24:18.1 at the NCAA DII Championships in Spokane, Wash. (11/23).

High School: 2013 graduate of North Kingstown High School. Competed in track and cross country, named team MVP all four years. As a freshman, named All-State in cross country. As a sophomore, state champion in 3k, and New England champion and state record holder in the 2 mile. As a junior, All-State in cross country, and state champion in 3k. As a senior, named All-New England and All-State in cross country, state champion in 3k, and All-State in outdoor track.

Personal: Born August 22, 1995 in Washington. Daughter of Mark McAdams. Has five sisters, (Kim, Anie, Alia, Emmy, and Maggie), and four brothers (Gabriel, Patrick, Daniel, and Matthew). Enjoys ceramics/pottery, and hiking as hobbies. Lists favorite athlete as Alexi Pappas.
