2012: Capital One Academic All-District I first team. NE-10 Commisioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll (Fall Semester). Posted a career-best time of 19:18 and finished 131st at the New England Championships 5k. Earned ninth place with a time of 20:11 in the 5-kilometer race at the Shacklette Invitational.

High School: 2010 honors graduate of New Fairfield High School. Served as team captain for cross country and basketball. Awarded All-Conference Honorable Mention and All-Conference Second Team honors in track. Named to the All-Conference Second Team for cross country. Member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society.

Personal: Born March 16, 1992, White Plains, NY. Daughter of Vincent and Kathryn LaRegina of New Fairfield, CT. Has three siblings, Vincent (22), Joe (14), and Kelly (12). Majoring in psychology.
