2012: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (Fall Semester). NE-10 Rookie of the Week (9/10). Finished in second place with a season-best time of 19:34 in the Shacklette Invitational 5k race. Berkowicz Named NE-10 Rookie of the Week.

High School: 2012 graduate of Whitinsville Christian High School. Four-year letterwinner in cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field. Named a DVC League All-Star in all three sports from freshman to senior season. Helped set the 4x800-meter school record as a freshman. Named the DVC Runner of the Year as a junior and a senior. Set the school record and qualified for indoor nationals in the 1,000-meter run as a junior while earning All-State honors and a Telegram All-Star honor. Qualified for indoor nationals during her senior season and earned All-State honors in the one mile run (outdoor track). Named the Senior Athlete of the Year for her efforts.

Personal: Born on July 12, 1994 in Worcester, Mass. Daughter of Karyn and Walkter Berkowicz of Woodstock, Conn. Has one brother, Michael (22). Majoring in interdisciplinary health science.
