2013: AVCA All-East Region selection. NE-10 All-Conference first team selection. NE-10 Commisioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director’s Honor Roll both semesters. Joined teammates Sydney Maxey and Emily Iverson as the only student-athletes in Stonehill volleyball history to be named to the AVCA All-East Region team. Appeared in each of Stonehill's 32 matches during her sophomore season, making 28 starts. Played in 115 sets (4th on the team), leading the team with 356 kills (4th in NE-10) and 3.10 kills per set (3rd in NE-10). Ranked third on the team with 336 digs and 2.92 digs per set. Only player in the NE-10 to record over 300 kills and 300 digs in the regular season. Also led the team with 35 service aces (9th in NE-10), to go with 26 assists (0.23 per set), and 33 total blocks (10 solo, 23 assists, 0.29 blocks per set). Recorded a team-high 15 double-doubles (kills/digs), the first of which came in a 3-0 loss to New Haven at the Charger Invitational on 9/7 (10 kills, 11 digs). Hit .267 with 14 digs and 15 kills in a 3-1 win against Chestnut Hill College (9/14). Followed that up by hitting .424 with 19 kills, 10 digs, and eight service aces in a  3-1 win against the University of the Sciences (9/14). Registered her third consecutive double-double with 16 kills and 13 digs in a 3-2 loss at American International (9/17). Hit .327 with season-highs in both kills (24) and digs (19) in a 3-2 win at Southern Connecticut State (10/26). Tallied 18 kills and 13 digs in a 3-1 win against Adelphi (11/8). Recorded 10+ kills 18 times, and 15+ kills 7 times. Registered 10+ digs 20 times, and 15+ digs five times. Phillips Earns AVCA All-East Region selection. Phillips Named To NE-10 All-Conference first team.

2012: NE-10 Commisioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters.  Started 13 matches and appeared in 75 sets. Ranked third on the team in kills per set (2.25) and fifth in total kills (169). Registered double-digit kills six times. Recorded 99 digs and 1.32 digs per set, good for sixth on the team. Ranked sixth in block assists (19) and total blocks (21). Earned 10 kills, two digs, and one block against Assumption (9/11). Notched her first career double-double with 13 kills and a season-high 13 digs against Southern Connecticut (9/30). Posted a career-high 14 kills, along with nine digs and two service aces in a 3-1 victory against Dowling (10/13).

High School: 2012 graduate of Smithtown East High School. Four-year letterwinner and four-year varsity starter for coach Lauren Geldmacher. Earned honor roll status all four years at Smithtown East High School and served as the Spanish Honor Society President. Helped lead her team to a Long Island Championship and a third place finish in the state volleyball tournament during her senior season. Also, earned All-State second team honors, Suffolk County Outstanding Senior accolades, and selections to the All-Long Island first team and All-County team. As a junior, named the Suffolk County Player of the Year along with recognition on the All-Long Island and All-County squads. Aided her team to a Suffolk County Championship finals appearance as a sophomore. Named Rookie of the Year for Suffolk County. Member of the Island Volleyball Academy.

Personal: Born on March 3, 1994 in St. James, N.Y. Daughter of Karen and Sean Phillips of St. James, N.Y. Has one sister, Fiona (17) and two brothers, Adam (25) and Kris (30). Lists favorite team as the N.Y. Giants and favorite athlete as Victor Cruz. Chose Stonehill for its academic and athletic reputation. Majoring in communications.
