This season she bypassed two NCAA provisional marks in the 800-meter and the 1500-meter runs, while also automatically qualifying for the 3000-meter steeplechase. Borofski has now automatically qualified for the steeplechase in two of her four years competing as a Skyhawk. Sophomore Olivia Dexter (East Calais, Vermont/Union 32) also earned three All-East Region honors this year, taking hers in the 100-meter sprint, 200-meter run and long jump. This brings Dexter's career total to five East region accolades. Dexter's performances in the 100- and 200-meter runs broke her previous school records, which she broke at the UMass Minuteman Invitational this year. She also hit her best mark in the long jump this season at the Northeast-10 Championships with her first-career All-Conference award.
