Skyhawks honored after first-place finish at Yellow Jacket Invitational

Northeast 10 Outdoor Track & Field Report: Week 4

EASTON, Mass. (April 11, 2017) – The Stonehill College women's 4x100-meter relay team was recognized as Northeast-10 Conference women's relay team of the week for their first-place finish at the Yellow Jacket Invitational, hosted by American International College, this past weekend, as announced Tuesday by the conference.

The Stonehill 4x100 relay team finished first in a field of 16 teams competing at the Yellow Jacket Invitational on Saturday with a time of 50.19 - less than a second faster than NE10 second-place Assumption. Running for Stonehill was senior Tulie Finley-Moise (Lexington, Massachusetts/Lexington), junior Emily Polvere (Somers, New York/Somers), and sophomores Hannah Ameen (Andover, Massachusetts/Andover) and Olivia Dexter (East Calais, Vermont/Union 32).  

Stonehill will compete at the Minuteman Invitational, hosted by UMass Amherst, on Saturday, April 15 with a start time of 11:30 a.m.
