Indoor Season

2014-15: All-New England (4x800m), NE-10 Conference Distance Medley Relay Champion, All-Conference (DMR). NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll fall semester. Athletic Director's Honor Roll fall semester.

2013-14: NE-10 Conference Distance Medley Relay Champion. All-Northeast-10 Conference (distance medley relay). NE-10 Commisioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director’s Honor Roll both semesters. Ran three events over the course of seven meets for the Skykawks. Opened the year with a fourth place finish in the 1000-meter run with a time of 3:15.98 at the UMass Boston Invitational (12/17/13). Clocked in at 5:36.58 in her first mile-run of the indoor season at the URI Sorlien Invitational (1/18/14). Had a twelveth-place finish in the 1000-meter at the URI Coaches Tribute (2/1/14) with a time of 3:06.20. Timed in at 3:08.44 at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/7/14). Ran a personal best at the Tufts Cupid Challenge (2/15/14) in the 800-meter run with a 2:24.92 time giving her ninth place. Captured seventh place at the NE-10 Championships (2/22/14) in the 1000-meter run with a time of 3:07.78. Ran a personal best in the 1000-meter run at the New England Indoor Championships (2/28-3/1) with a time of 3:03.87.

2012-13: All-New England (4x800m), NE-10 Conference 4x800 meter Relay Champion, All-Conference (4x800m) NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll (Spring Semester). Participated in nine events over eight meets during the 2012-13 indoor season. Opened the year with a fourth place finish in the mile race with a time of 5:39.91 at the UMass Boston Invitational (12/1/12). Registered sixth place in the 3000-meter race (11:11.54 at the Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/7/12). Posted a season-best mile time of 5:24.52 at Northeastern’s Joe Donahue Games (1/25/13). Timed in at 3:06.95 in the 1000m race at the URI Coaches Tribute Meet (2/2/13). Claimed third place in the 1000-meter race with a season-best time of 3:05.97 at the Tufts University Cupid Challenge (2/11/13). Ran the first leg and helped the 4x800 relay team capture first place at the NE-10 Championships (2/16/13). Also captured eighth place in the 1000-meter race at the NE-10 Championships in a time of 3:09.34. Competed in the 1000m event at the New England Indoor Championships (2/22/13).

Outdoor Season

2015: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll spring semester

2014: All-Conference (4x400m)

2013: Participated in four 1500-meter runs on the season, improving after each race. Finished fifteenth (4:55.50) at Skyhawk Invitational (4/26), and set a season-best mark of 4:54.32 at Northeast-10 Championship (5/4). Ran twice in the 800-meter event, finishing 19th at Holy Cross Invitational (4/20), and 17th (2:23.43) at Northeast-10 Championships.

High School: 2012 graduate of Rumson-Fair Haven Regional. Three-sport athlete in cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field. Earned Rookie of the Year honors and helped her team finish in the top-20 in sectionals as a freshman. Earned team Most Valuable Player honors in cross country as a sophomore and a junior. Finished 14th overall at the state meet and helped her team win sectionals during her sophomore season. Served as captain of the cross country team as a junior guiding the squad to a sectionals championship. As a senior, helped the team finish first overall at the state meet in cross country and indoor track & field. Captain of the cross team her senior season. Personal bests includ a time of 5:20 in the one mile run and a time of 2:22 in the 800-meter run.

Personal: Born on June 17, 1994 in Islip, N.Y. Daughter of Karen and Christopher Hellman. Has three sisters, Katy (21), Megan (17) and Emily (15). Lists favorite teams as the Giants and the women's Olympic gymnastics team. Chose Stonehill for its small classes and the cross country team.
