 2012-13: Competed at eight meets for the Skyhawks during her junior indoor season. Opened the season with a third place finish in the 800-meter race (2:28.65) at the UMass Boston Invitational (12/1/12). Placed third in the 1000-meter event with a 3:09.97 time at the Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/7/12). Posted top-eight finishes in two relay events at the URI Sorlien Invitational (12/19/12), claiming seventh with the 4x400 “B” team in 4:15.82 and second with the 4x800 relay team in 10:00.81. Recorded a 2:23.89 time in the 800-meter race at Northeastern University’s Joe Donahue Games (1/25/13). Earned a season-best time of 3:09.15 in the 1000-meter race at the URI Coaches Tribute Meet (2/2/13). Placed sixth in the 800-meter race with a time of 2:23.56 at the Tufts University Cupid Challenge (2/11/13). Notched two top-eight finishes at the NE-10 Championships, earning fifth in the 800-meter race (2:23.94) and first with the 4x800 relay team (9:40.00/2:26.00, third leg). Ran a 2:23.90 third leg of the 4x800 relay to lead the team to a NCAA Provisional Qualifying and school-record time of 9:16.59 and fifth place finish at the New England Indoor Championships (2/22/13).

2011-12: Distance Medley Relay NE-10 Champion. All-Northeast-10 (distance medley relay). Competed in seven individual races and four relays on the season. Ran the third leg (2:22 split) of Stonehill's school record breaking 4x800 meter relay team at the New England Championships (2/25/12). Broke the school record with teammates Christen Carrier, Kristen Veit and Erin Rielly in a total time of 9:27.42. Competed in Stonehill's distance medley relay team at the NE-10 Championships (2/18/12) setting a new meet record along with teammates Maura Ferrarini, Brianna Venturo and Kristen Veit in a total time of 12:32.73. Ran a time of 62.9 seconds in the 400-meter second leg. Finished 16th overall in the one mile run at the Jay Carisella Invitational (12/3/11) with a time of 5:37.26. Recorded a time of 2:28.26 in the 800 meter run for a fourth place finish at the Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/10/11). Bettered that time at the UNH Tri-Meet (1/21/12) in the 800 meter run with a time of 2L26.34 for sixth palce overall. Competed in the 1,000 meter run at the New Balance Boston College Indoor Games (1/27/12) in 3:11.49. Finished seventh overall at the NE-10 Championships in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:23.72. Competed in the 4x400 meter relay with teammates Katie Polakowski, Lauren Hanlon and Erin Rielly at the New Balance Boston Collegiate Indoor Games in a total time of 4:12.54. Also ran in the 4x400 meter relay at the Charley Torpey Memorial Invitational with teammates Katie Polakowski, Lauren Hanlon and Christen Carrier in a total time of 4:03.61 for sixth place overall.

2010-11: Finished eighth overall at the NE-10 championships in the 1,000 meter run with a time of 3:12.52. Also competed in the 1,000 meter run at the Jay Carisella Invitational (3:17.98) and the Reebok Boston Collegiate Indoor Games (3:14.86). Posted a tenth place finish in the 800 meter run at the Tufts Stampede in 2:28.24, a personal best indoors. Finished seventh overall at the University of New Hampshire Tri-Meet in 800 meter run with a time of 2:32.27. Helped Stonehill to a second place finish in the distance medley relay at the NE-10 championships (12:47.47). Competed in the 4x800 meter relay at the University of New Hampshire Tri-Meet (fifth overall, 10:43.10).

Outdoor Season

2013: Competed in all but one meet for the Skyhawks. Ran the 800-meter race on five occasions, posting a personal-best 2:22.78 run at the Northeast-10 Championships (5/4). Placed ninth in Bridgewater State Bears Invitational (3/23) with a time of 2:31.97. Ran the 800m in 2:27.62 at Skyhawk Invitational (4/26). Participated in one 1500-meter race, at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/20). Placed 18^th, running in 5:02.29.

2012: Saw action in five meets for the Skyhawks, running four races in the 800-meter event, once in the 400m dash, and once in the 4x400m relay. Finished fifth on the relay team running the anchor leg of a 4:18.74 run at Skyhawk Invitational (4/14). Ran 400m race in 1:03.15 at Holy Cross Crusades (4/21). Finished fifteenth at Skyhawk Invitational in the 800m run in 2:28.36. Ran a season-best 2:23.74 at Brown Springtime Open (4/29), good for 22^nd. Finished twelfth in the Northeast-10 Championships in the 800m, running in 2:25.80.

2011: Finished 14th overall at the NE-10 championships in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:28.48. Posted a personal best time, outdoors, in the 800 meter run at the Skyhawk Invitational in 2:25.23. Placed sixth overall in the 800 meter run at the Bridgewater State University Invitational in 2:33.37. Also competed in the 800 meter run at the Bryant University Invitational (2:29.16) and the UMass Minutemen Invitational (2:29.89). Competed in the 4x400 meter relay (4:08.72) at the Skyhawk Invitational with a split time of 64.6.

High School: 2010 graduate of Billerica Memorial High School. Four-year letterwinner in cross country and indoor and outdoor track. Named Most Improved winter 2008. Four-time team MVP (fall/spring 2008, fall/winter 2009). Sportsmanship Award recipient as a senior. Two-time Lowell Sun All-Star. Three-time All-Conference selection.

Personal: Born June 13, 1992, Brooklyn, N.Y. Daughter of Maryse and George Ulcena of Billerica, Mass. Four sisters, Marie (30), Marxeline (27), Malorie (20), and Maesha (14). Sister, Malorie, runs for the University of Rhode Island. Majoring in biology. Also a member of the cross country team.
