2012-13: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (Spring Semester). Athletic Director's Honor Roll (Spring Semester). Competed for Stonehill at six meets during the 2012-13 indoor track season. Ran the 60-meter dash in 8.41 seconds and the 200-meter dash in 27.77 at the UMass Boston Invitational (12/1/12). Finished in 12^th in the 55-meter dash (7.83 seconds) and 14^th in the 200-meter dash (28.10) at the Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/7/12). Posted a 16^th overall finish, 2nd among Division II competition, in the 60-meter dash (8.41) at the URI Sorlien Invitational (12/19/12). Also placed 20^th in the 200-meter dash with a time of 28.15 at the URI Sorlien Invitational. Earned 22^nd, 6th among Division II/III competition, in the 60-meter dash at the Joe Donahue Games (1/25/13). Recorded a time of 8.37 seconds in the 60-meter dash at the URI Coaches Tribute Meet (2/2/13). Competed at the NE-10 Championships and earned 16^th place in a season-best time of 8.33 in the 60-meter dash (2/16/13).

2011-12: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (Spring Semester). Competed in 12 individual races on the season. Ran a time of 7.92 seconds in the 55 meter dash prelims at the Jay Carisella Invitatonal (12/3/11). Also posted a time of 28.54 seconds in the 200 meter run. Recorded a time of 7.94 seconds in the 55 meter dash and a time of 28.65 seconds in the 200 meter run (13th overall /38 competitors) at the Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/10/11). Posted a time of 7.89 seconds in the 55 meter dash and 30.01 secodns in the 200 meter run at the UNH Tri-Meet (1/21/12). Ran a time of 7.91 seconds in the 55 meter dash at the New Balance Boston Collegiate Indoor Games (1/27/12). Also ran in the 200 meter run (27.84 seconds). Recorded a time of 8.52 seconds in the 60 meter dash at the Charley Torpey Memorial Invitational (2/4/12). Also ran a time of 28.10 seconds in the 200 meter run. Placed 15th overall in the 55 meter dash at the NE-10 Championships (2/18/12) and 17th overall in the 200 meter run (27.71 seconds).

Outdoor Season

2013: Competed in six meets for the Skyhawks, running the 100-meter event in each meet. Placed ninth at Bridgewater State Bears Invitational (3/23) with a time of 13.48 seconds. Ran 13.39 (25^th) at Holy Cross Invitational (4/20). Finished in the top-ten at the Skyhawk Invitational (4/26), with a time of 13.43. Completed the 100m in 13.37 at the Northeast-10 Championships (5/3-4), finishing 14^th in the preliminary.  In the 200-meter event, ran 27.68 at Duke Invitational (4/6), which was one in a series of meets that saw a better time than the one previous. Times of 27.63 (UMass Invitational, 4/13), 27.21 (Skyhawk Invitational, 4/26), and 27.10 (Northeast-10 Championship, 5/4), concluding the season on a positive note.

2012: Competed in six meets for the Skyhawks, running the 200-meter dash in each meet. Ran 28.59 at UConn Spring Invitational (3/31), 28.01 at George Davis Invitational (4/7), and 27.82 at Skyhawk Invitational (4/14). Set a season-best mark of 27.36 in the 200m dash at Holy Cross Crusades (4/21). Placed18th at the Northeast-10 Championships (5/5) with a time of 27.39. Also saw action in the 100m dash, running a personal-best 13.29 at George Davis Invitational. Placed 10th at Skyhawk Invitational with a time of 13.34. Finished 14th at Holy Cross Crusades with a time of 13.33. Also ran in the 4x100m relay at the NE-10 Championships (50.82, sixth).

High School: 2011 graduate of Winthrop High School. Four-year letterwinner in soccer and both indoor and outdoor track and field. Captain of the track teams her senior year. Earned Most Valuable Player honors her senior year and a league All-Star selection in her senio year.

Personal: Born on November 26, 1992 in Boston, Mass. Daughter of Cathy and Angelo Russo of Winthrop, Mass. Majoring in Communications at Stonehill. Lists greatest sports moment as captaining the league championship team her senior year.
