2012-13:  NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters. Participated in the weight throw at five meets for Stonehill during her freshman campaign. Registered a 31-03.00 throw in her first collegiate meet, the Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/7/12). Participated at the URI Sorlien Invitational and launched a throw of 31-02.00 which was good for 14^th place (1/19/13). Posted a career-best throw of 33-10.00 at the Joe Donahue Games (1/25/13). Earned a 12^th place finish when she tossed a 33-02.50 throw at the NE-10 Championships (2/16/13).

Outdoor Season

2014: Threw the discus and javelin four times during the outdoor season. Set a career and season best throw in the discus with a throw of 108-09 at the Bridgewater State Bears Invitational (3/22/14). Placed 10th at the UMass Invitational, throwing 103-01 (4/12/14). Finished seventh at the NE-10 Championships (5/2/14) with a throw of 105-10. Set career and season-best in the javelin throw with a distance of 109-10 at the UMass Invitational (4/12). Placed sixth at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/19) with a mark of 109-02, and seventh at the Skyhawk Invitational (4/25) with a throw of 109-02.

2013: Threw discus four times during the season, setting a season-best at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/20) with a throw of 104-06.00. Also topped the 100 feet mark (100-08.00) at the Skyhawk Invitational (4/26). Participated in the javelin throw in four meets, throwing 107-07.00 at the Bridgewater State Bears Invitational (3/23). Placed fifth at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/20) with a mark of 105-10.00, and fifth at the Skyhawk Invitational (4/26) with a throw of 106-07.00. Placed tenth in her lone hammer throw event, a 98-07.00 showing at the NE-10 Championships (5/4).

High School: 2012 graduate of Scarborough High School. Four-year letter winner in track & field. Hold's Maine Class A Freshman State Record in Javelin. 2012 track & field State Champions. Placed second in discus and fourth in javelin in Class A States senior season. 

Personal: Born March 26, 1994 in Portland, Maine. Daughter of Matthew Howe and Rebecca Booth. Has two sisters, Olivia (15) and Julia (11). Enjoys traveling, hanging out with friends and eating in her free time. Favorite sport team is the Boston Red Sox. Chose Stonehill for the beautiful campus, the great academics and the excellent track team. Majoring in Pre-Allied Health Science.
