Indoor Season

2012-13:  NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll (Fall Semester). USTFCCCA East Region Team (Distance Medley Relay). Participated in six meets for Stonehill as a junior. Placed in the top-eight in a pair of races at the URI Sorlien Invitational (12/19/12). Claimed sixth place in 3:05.41 during the 1000-meter race, before placing second with the 4x800 relay team in 10:00.81. Posted a 2:23.89 time and 14^th place in the 800-meter race at Northeastern University’s Joe Donahue Games (1/25/13). Earned 14^th place out of 37 competitors in the 1-mile (5:20.22) at the URI Coaches Tribute Meet (2/2/13). Ran the 1200-meter leg in 3:46.9 to help the distance medley relay team record a NCAA Provisional Qualifying time of 12:09.68 at the Tufts University Cupid Challenge (2/11/13). Timed in at 3:04.23 to earn sixth place during the 1000-meter race at the NE-10 Championships (2/16/13). Ran the anchor leg in 2:19.00 during the 4x800 relay team’s school-record and NCAA Provisional Qualifying time of 9:16.59 at the New England Indoor Championships (2/22/13). LaRegina Named to USTFCCCA All-East Region Team.

2011-12: Division II ADA Academic Achievement Award. 4x800-meter NE-10 Champion. All-Northeast-10 (4x800). Athletic Director's Honor Roll (Fall Semester). NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (Both Semesters). Competed in four individual races and three relays on the season. Helped Stonehill's 4x800 meter relay team to a first place finish and establish a new meet record with a total time of 9:29.08 along with teammates Jill Alves, Erin Rielly and Sarah Wilson. Ran a 2:25 split in the third leg of the event. Finished third overall and first among NCAA Division II student-athletes in the 800 meter run at the Jay Carisella Invitational (12/3/11) in 2:20.12. Placed third overall in the 1,000 meter run in 3:07.59 among 16 competitors at the Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/10/11). Also helped the Skyhawks 4x800 meter relay team to a first place finish in a total time of 9:56.72. Placed 13th overall in the 500 meter run at the Charley Torpey Memorial Invitational (2/4/12) in 1:21.68. Finished seventh overall at the NE-10 Championships in the 500 meter run with a time of 1:21.19. Ranked 19th overall in the distance medley relay along with teammates Kristen Veit, Lauren Hanlon and Brianna Venturo in a total time of 12:14.69 at the New England Championships (2/24/12). 4x800 Meter Relay Team Sets New Meet Record at NE-10 Championships.

2010-11: NE-10 Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll. Helped Stonehill to a fifth place finish overall in the 4x400 meter relay at the NE-10 championships (4:08.98). Finished ninth overall in the 800 meter run at the NE-10 championships with a time of 2:25.39. Posted a personal best time of 2:24.35 in the 800 meter run at the Harvard Invitational. Also ran times of 2:28.76 (Jay Carisella Invitational) and 2:27.95 (Reebok Boston Collegiate Indoor Games). Competed in the 1,000 meter run twice during the season at the Tufts Stampede (3:14.08) and the University of New Hampshire Tri-Meet (3:20.39).

Outdoor Season

2013: All-Northeast-10 (4x800m relay). Competed in the 800-meter race four times. Placed fifteenth at Duke Invitational (4/5-6) with a time of 2:21.64. Finished sixth at Skyhawk Invitational (4/26), completing the race in 2:18.68. Narrowly beat that mark with a 2:18.12 showing (10th) at the Northeast-10 Championship (5/4), setting a season-best. Was part of 4x800m relay team, alongside Erin Rielly, Emily Anderson, and Sarah Wilson, that finished second (9:14.14) at NE-10 Championship, good for All-Conference honors.

2012: Northeast-10 Conference Champion (4x800m relay). Competed in seven meets for the Skyhawks. Ran 1500-meter race at UConn Spring Invitational (3/31), placing 20^th with a time of 4:59.84. Came in fifth at Holy Cross Crusades (4/21) with a run of 4:49.52, a personal best. Ran in five 800m events. Placed seventh of 56 at George Davis Invitational (4/7) with a time of 2:20.21. Captured fifth in 2:18.41 at Skyhawk Invitational (4/14). Ran in 2:17.45 at Brown Springtime Open (4/29), good for a thirteenth place finish. Placed fourth at the Northeast-10 Championships (5/5) with a time of 2:15.48, a personal best. Ran in the New England Championships (5/12) in the 800m, placing 16^th in 2:16.61. Was victorious with the 4x800m relay team (Emily Anderson, Maura Ferrarini, Erin Rielly) at the NE-10 Championships, finishing first at 9:24.99. Placed ninth at New England Championships in the 4x800m relay (9:29.42) with Jill Alves, Sarah Wilson, and Christen Carrier.

2011: Athletic Director's Honor Roll Spring Semester. NE-10 Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll. Helped Stonehill to a fourth place finish overall in the 4x400 meter relay (4:08.63) at the NE-10 championships running a split of 62.9. Placed second overall at the Bridgewater State University Invitational in a time of 2:29.31, a personal best. Also ran a time of 2:32.92 at the Skyhawk Invitational in the 800 meter run. Finished 16th overall at the Bryany University Invitational in the 400 meter dash in 1:03.41. Ran a time of 1:03.88 at the UMass Minutemen Invitational for a 12th place finish.

High School: 2010 honors graduate of New Fairfield High School. Served as team captain for cross country and basketball. Awarded All-Conference Honorable Mention and All-Conference Second Team honors in track. Named to the All-Conference Second Team for cross country. Member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society.

Personal: Born March 16, 1992, White Plains, NY. Daughter of Vincent and Kathryn LaRegina of New Fairfield, CT. Has three siblings, Vincent (21), Joe (13), and Kelly (11). Majoring in psychology. Women's Track and Field team's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee representative. Member of the Psi Chi Honor Society. Lambda Epsilon Sigma National Honor Society member.
