Indoor Season

2012-13: USTFCCCA All-East Region Team (400-meters, 4x400 relay). NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll (Fall Semester).   NE-10 Relay of the Week (4x400, 12/10, 1/21). Participated at eight meets for Stonehill during her sophomore indoor season. Claimed first place in the 500-meter race in a time of 1:19.43 at the UMass Boston Invitational (12/1/12). Also posted a fourth place finish in the 200-meter dash (26.92) at UMass Boston. Placed first in the 600-meter race (1:37.46) and first in the 4x400 (4:02.7) relay at the Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/7/12). Registered second place in the 400-meter race (59.02) at the URI Sorlien Invitational (12/19/12). Helped pilot the 4x400 relay team to a first place time of 3:59.49 at the meet. Took second place in 59.51 seconds at the 400-meter race at Northeastern University’s Joe Donahue Games (1/25/13). Placed fifth at the Joe Donahue games in the long jump (16-11.25) and led the 4x400 relay to a second place finish with a 3:58.94 time. Collected her third consecutive top-two finish in the 400-meter race when she took first place at the URI Coaches Tribute Meet (2/2/13) with a season-best time of 58-52 seconds. Also claimed first place with the 4x400 relay team (4:01.14/58.1 anchor leg) and sixth place in the long jump (17-02.25) at the URI Coaches Tribute Meet. Helped the distance medley relay team to a NCAA Provisional Qualifying time of 3:59.70 when she posted a 57.30 split in the 400-meter leg at the Tufts University Cupid Challege (2/11/13). Also registered a personal-record in the 200-meter dash (26.42) at Tufts. Placed in three events at the NE-10 Championships (2/16/13). Took third place in the 500-meter race (1:15.53, personal-best), sixth in the long jump (17-01.50), and third in the 4x400 relay (3:59.70/57.8 anchor leg). Posted two NCAA Provisional Qualifying times at the New England Indoor Championships (2/22/13). Earned ninth place in a school-record time of 57.15 during the 400-meter race, and placed seventh in the 4x400 relay when she led the team to a school-record time of 3:52.15 with a 56.9 lead leg split at New England’s. Curit Named to USTFCCCA All-East Region Team. 4x400 Relay Earns NE-10 Team Of The Week Honors. 4x400 Receives Third NE-10 Team of The Week Award.
 

2011-12: Long jump NE-10 Champion. All-Northeast-10 (long jump, 400m, & 4x400m). USTFCCCA East Region (400 Meters, Distance Medley Relay, Long Jump). NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll (Fall Semester).Competed in 14 invdividual and six relays during the season. Posted four school record performances (400 meter run, long jump, 4x400 meter relay, distance medley relay). Recorded two NCAA provisionally qualifying times (400, distance medley relay). Posted three top-five finishes (one first place) in the 400 meters, one top-five finish in the 200 meters and four top-five finishes (two first place) in the long jump. Earned seven weekly awards from the NE-10. Posted a first place finish in the long jump with a school record leap of 17-09.75 at the NE-10 Championships (2/18/12). Also placed second overall in the 400 meter run at the in 58.00 seconds. In the 4x400 meter relay, she helped Stonehill to a second place finish and school record time in the event (4:01.91). Ran a split of 59.1 seconds in the lead leg. Finished 11th overall in the long jump (16-10.50) at the New England Championships (2/24/15). Also placed 12th overall in the 400 meter run with a time of 57.78 seconds. Provisionally qualified for the NCAA's and set a new school record in the 400 meter run with a time of 57.46 seconds at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/11/12). Also, helped Stonehill's distance medley relay team establish a new record with a total time of 12:03.47 (8th overall/27) along with Jill Alves, Sarah Wilson and Maura Ferrarini. Ran the 400-meter second leg in 59.0 seconds. Finished fourth overall at the Jay Carisella Invitational (12/3/11) in the 400 meter run, first among all collegiate athletes, with a time of 1:00.87.  Placed third overall among 38 competitors in the 200 meter run at the Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/10/11) in 26.71 seconds. Also placed first in the long jump with a leap of 16-feet and 8.75-inches. Posted a first place finish in the 400 meter run in a time of 1:00.65 at the UNH Tri-Meet (1/21/12). Ranked fourth in the long jump at the meet with a distance of 16-07.75. Finished fifth overall in the long jump at the New Balance Boston Collegiate Indoor Games (1/27/12) with a mark of 17-06.25. Posted a seventh place finish in the 500 meter run at the Charley Torpey Memorial Invitational (2/4/12) in 1:18.75. Had a sixth place showing in the long jump (16-11.50). NE-10 Track Athlete of the Week (2/13). NE-10 Track Rookie of the Week (12/6, 1/23, 2/13). NE-10 Field Rookie of the Week (1/23, 2/20, 2/28). Curit Earns USTFCCCA All-East Region Honors.

Outdoor Season

2013: All-New England (long jump & 4x400m). Participated in every meet for the Skyhawks during the 2013 outdoor season.  Finished second at Bridgewater State Bears Invitational (3/23) in the 800-meter run, with a time of 2:24.80. In the same meet, claimed second place in the long jump, going 17’2”. Had a run of long jumps over 18’, culminating with a 18’2.25” mark at Northeast-10 Championships (5/3-4), good for fifth. Finished eighth at New England Championship (5/10-11) in the long jump, with a distance of 17-11.75, good for an All-New England honor.  In the 400-meter event, finished tenth at Duke Invitational (4/5-6) with a time of 57.56. Put up a similar effort (57.75) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/20) to win the event. Saw action in 100-meter run, finishing lone event in 13.0 seconds at UMass Invitational (4/13). Ran 200-meter race in 26.11 (7th) at Holy Cross Invitational (4/20), and in 25.96 (3rd) at Skyhawk Invitational (4/26). Finished third on 4x400m relay team at NE-10 Championships (5/4) with Jorday Gray, Sarah Wilson, and Jeana Esernio, setting a school record 3:52.65 run in the process. Finished seventh at New England Championships (5/11) in the 4x400 with a time of 3:52.66, running 56.30 in the anchor leg.

2012: All-New England (400m). Northeast-10 Conference Champion (400m). All-Northeast-10 (long jump). Competed in eight meets for Stonehill. Started the season off with a victory in the 400m (59.21) at UConn Spring Invitational (3/31). Also took home a win in the 400m at Skyhawk Invitational (4/14), running 57.58 seconds. Was the Northeast-10 conference champion in the 400m dash, winning at the NE-10 Championships (5/5) with a time of 56.58. Was also part of 4x400m relay team that took home third at the conference championships, with a time of 3:56.49. Placed fifth in long jump out of 40 participants at George Davis Invitational (4/7), jumping 17-11.00. Had an even better mark (17-11.75) at Skyhawk Invitational, good for a victory in the long jump. Placed second in the event (18-03.25) at the Northeast-10 Championships, good for All-Conference honors. Finished tenth at the New England Championships (5/12) with a mark of 17-02.25. Took home fifth place at the New England Championships in the 400m dash, running in 57.24 seconds, good for an All-New England nod. Was part of 4x800m relay team (along with Jill Alves, Sarah Wilson, and Christen Carrier) that broke a school record at the Penn Relays (4/28), running in 9:11.51.

High School: 2011 graduate of Biddeford High School. Four-year letterwinner in soccer and indoor and outdoor track. Captain of indoor and outdoor track and field teams in her junior and senior years. State record holder in the long jump in both indoor and outdoor track.

Personal: Born on September 9, 1993 in Biddeford, Maine. Daughter of Karen and Brian Uri of Biddeford, Maine. Has one brother, Joey (13). Member of Stonehill's LifeSkills Committee.
