RADNOR, Pa. (May 30, 2013) – Stonehill College senior All-Americans Kayla Green (Londonderry, N.H./Londonderry) and Kelsey Reilly (Hingham, Mass./Notre Dame Academy) participated in the 2013 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches' Association (IWLCA) Division II North-South Senior All-Star Game, hosted by Cabrini College, over the weekend.

The South All-Stars held off the North for a 14-13 victory with Gannon University's Jess Fugate earning MVP honors with two goals, two draws and an assist for the South Region. Green and Reilly represented Stonehill as part of the North Region All-Star team and were among seven Northeast-10 Conference student-athletes named to the squad.

Reilly led the North with three goals and four draw controls on the afternoon, while Green also collected three points with a goal and team-high two assists. Reilly's first goal of the afternoon knotted the score at 1-1 less than three minutes into the first half. A Reilly draw also led to a goal that gave the North a 6-5 with under nine minutes left in the half.

Green's goal in the second half knotted the score at 9-9, marking the game's seventh deadlock. Reilly collected a draw and scored her second goal of the day to pull the North within a goal (12-11) and spark a two-goal run for her squad that resulted in the final tie of the day (12-12) with 7:03 remaining. Reilly's third goal, assisted by Green, off her own draw pulled the North within a goal again (14-13) with 2:50 to play, but the South was able to collect the ensuing draw and run out the clock.

Green and Reilly both earned IWLCA All-America honors at the conclusion of their senior seasons at Stonehill. Reilly is a consensus All-America selection for the second time in her career with first team honors from both the IWLCA and synapsesports.com, marking the third straight year she has collected All-America recognition, while Green earned All-America honors for the first time with her selection to the IWLCA second team. Green also earned Capital One Academic All-District I At Large honors this spring.

Stonehill (13-7, 10-2 NE-10), ranked ninth in the final regular season IWLCA Division II poll, earned its seventh NCAA Tournament bid in program history this season and made its 15th-straight appearance in the Northeast-10 Conference Tournament Championship.
