EASTON, Mass. (June 1, 2012) – Stonehill College senior Samantha Lynott (Holbrook, NY./Sachem East) has been named a consensus All-American with honors from both the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) as well as synapsesports.com, headlining a group of two All-America selections for the College.

Lynott, who earned second team All-America honors from the two outlets, is joined on the synapsesports.com All-America second team by junior Kelsey Reilly (Hingham, Mass./Notre Dame Academy). While Lynott is a consensus All-America selection for the first time in her career, it marks the third-straight season she has earned second team honors from the IWLCA. Reilly, a consensus All-America selection as a sophomore, collects synapsesports.com honors (formerly womenslacrosse.com) for the second straight year.
