Lauren Stone, Stonehill (Jr., G, Guilderland, NY) - Made 10 saves (.667 saves percentage) and allowed five goals in a victory at Division I Central Connecticut.

Northeast-10 Weekly Honor Roll:

Colby Confer, Stonehill (Sr., A, Madison, CT) - Netted a hat trick and had an assist for a four-point effort in a victory at Division I Central Connecticut.

Kristin Darrell, Stonehill (Fr., M, West Islip, NY) - Netted a hat trick (2nd career) in a victory at Division I Central Connecticut.

Courtney Duggan, Stonehill (Sr., A, Billerica, MA) - Netted a pair of goals and had three assists for a five-point effort in a victory at Division I Central Connecticut.

STONEHILL: Stonehill, ranked fourth in last week's IWLCA Division II National Poll for the third straight week, picked up its first win in four tries against a Division I foe with Thursday's triumph at Central Connecticut. The Chieftains had been unsuccessful in three previous matches against Division I competition, falling to Denver (2001), Saint Mary's (2003) and Longwood (2004)...Five players have at least 10 points in the early going for Stonehill, which has outscored its three opponents by a 58-11 margin to date. Six individuals have at least seven goals to date in the balanced attack...The Chieftains have won nine straight and 15 of their last 16 dating back to last March 30th...Stonehill is scheduled to begin defense of its Northeast-10 crown against the team it has defeated in each of the last two conference tournament championship matches, Bryant, on Tuesday afternoon.
