EASTON, Mass. (April 8, 2020) – Stonehill College sophomore Alexis Annarummo has been selected to the All-Northeast-10 Conference third team by the league's eight head coaches, the Conference announced today.

Annarummo earns All-NE10 honors for the first time in her career with her third team selection and is Stonehill's second golfer to earn All-Conference honors in the program's three-year history, joining classmate Sloane Van Zanen, a second team honoree last year. Annarummo earns All-NE10 honors after competing in all five events for the Skyhawks this season, posting an 83.8 stroke average over her ten rounds of play. She posted a program-best third place finish at the Penmen Invitational in October, carding a program-record low matching round of 74 in the second round after posting an opening round 82 for a two-day score of 156.

Annarummo finished the season with eight of her ten rounds in the 80s or better, including seven of ten 85 or under, led by her season-best round at the Penmen Invite. She also posted a top ten finish at the season-opening Saint Rose Invitational with a two-day score of 166 (85-81) and turned in a 31st place finish at the NE10 Championship with a score of 183 (90-93).

Annarummo has competed in all 13 of Stonehill's events over her first two years with the Skyhawks after transferring from Siena College prior to the 2018-19 season. She has posted an 84.22 stroke average over her 27 competitive rounds in those 13 events, posting four top ten finishes, scoring 85 strokes or better in 17 of her 27 rounds. Annarummo finished tied for tenth at the 2018 Franklin Pierce Invitational (81-81=162) and tied for eighth at the 2018 NE10 Championship (82-82=164). She registered an 84.47 stroke average in 17 rounds over eight tournaments in 2018-19. Annarummo has been named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll and Athletic Director's Honor Roll one semester to date.

Stonehill women's golf, added as the College's 21st varsity intercollegiate sport in 2016, completed its third varsity season in 2019-20. The Skyhawks finished sixth at the NE10 Championship and posted a program-best second place team finish, out of seven, at the 2019 Penmen Fall Invitational in September.
