Senior Paige Marshall earned Spalding NE-10 Player of the Week honors for her career-high 28 point effort against the Penmen last weekend and was also named Stonehill's Ace's Champions Choice Female Student-Athlete of the Week for the second time this season... This weekend marks Stonehill's first out of region competition since splitting two games at the 2013 Nova Southeastern University Tournament in Florida... The Skyhawks last faced a Lone Star Conference member when it posted a 76-68 win over West Texas A&M at the 2006 Disney Tip-Off Classic... Sophomore guard Kristin Rydell came off the bench to lead Midwestern State with a season-high 12 points on 5-of-10 shooting with a pair of three-pointers. Junior guard Jacquar Westbrooks scored in double figures for the third-straight game with ten points... MSU is turning the ball over 22 times per game for the season and shoot just 33.2-percent from the field, including 26.2% from three-point distance, while converting two-thirds of its free-throws.
