NE-10 Commisioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director’s Honor Roll both semesters. NE-10 Field Athlete of the Week (2/17). NE-10 Relay of the Week (4x400-12/11).

2012-13: All-American (High Jump). NCAA Championships Qualifier (High Jump). New England Champion (High Jump). All-New England (High Jump). All-Northeast-10 Conference (High Jump) NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll for spring semester. Athletic Director's Honor Roll for spring semester. Competed in the high jump event in eight meets for the Skyhawks, culminating in an All-American finish. Started season off with a victory at UMass Boston Invitational (12/1/12), clearing 6-10.75. Captured 2nd in the next five meets. High jumps include a 6-11.50 mark at Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/7), 6-06.75 at URI Sorlien Invitational (1/19/13), 6-06.00 at Joe Donahue Games (1/25), 6-10.25 at URI Coaches Tribute Invitational (2/2), and 6-02.25 at Northeast-10 Championships (2/16), the latter good for an All-Conference bid. Captured the win at New England Championships (2/23) in the high jump, the 7-00.25 mark a personal indoor best and good enough to be declared the champion in New England for the high jump, collecting All-New England honors. Placed 5th at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships (3/9) in the high jump, clearing 6-10.75. Also saw action on the 4x400m relay team, part of a 3rd-place finish at URI Sorlien Invitational (3:28.87) and a 4th-place finish at Joe Donahue Games (3:30.47). Named NE-10 Field Athlete of the Week once (2/25).

2011-12: NCAA Provisional Qualifier (High Jump). USTFCCCA East Region (High Jump). All-New England (High Jump). NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll for fall semester. Athletic Director's Honor Roll for fall semester.  Competed in the high jump eight times throughout the season for Stonehill. Placed 1st overall and posted an NCAA Provisional Qualifying height of 6-09.75 in his first-ever collegiate meet at the Jay Carisella Invitational (12/3/11). Finished 1st overall at the Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/10/11) clearing a height of 6-08.00. Placed 3rd overall at the Northeast-10 Conference (NE-10) Championships (2/18/12) with a height of 6-08.25. Ranked 4th overall out of 16 competitors at the New England Championships (2/24/12) with an identical height of six-feet and 8.25-inches, good enough for All-New ENgland honors. Placed second overall at the Charley Torpey Memorial Invitational (2/4/12) with a personal best height (indoors) of six-feet and 10.25-inches. Ranked second overall at the University of New Hampshire Tri-Meet (1/21/12) by clearing 6-08.75. Finished 6th overall at the New Balance Boston Collegiate Indoor Games (1/27/12) with a height of 6-04.00. Named NE-10 Field Rookie of the Week five times (12/5, 12/12, 2/6, 2/20, 2/27).

Outdoor Season

2014: All-New England (High Jump). All-Northeast-10 (High Jump).

2013: NCAA Provisional Qualifier (High Jump). New England Champion (High Jump). All-New England (High Jump). All-Northeast-10 (High Jump). Competed in every meet for the Skyhawks in the high jump event. Started the season off with a victory at Bridgewater State Bears Invitational (3/23), clearing 6-07.50. Finished 2nd at Duke Invitational (4/6) with a jump of 6-08.25. Was victorious at UMass Invitational (4/13), clearing a height of 6-07.00. Placed 2nd at Holy Cross Invitational (4/20) with a height of 6-08. Was victorious at Skyhawk Invitational (4/26) by clearing 6-09.75. Finished 2nd at Northeast-10 Championships (5/4) with a mark of 6-09.75, good for an All-Conference bid. Claimed All-New England honors by winning the high jump event at New England Championships (5/11) with a jump of 6-10.75. Finished 10th at NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships in the high jump with a mark of 6-10.75.

2012: All-New England (High Jump). All-Northeast-10 (High Jump). Competed in six meets for the Skyhawks during the spring season. Took 4th at the UConn Spring Invitational in the high jump (6-06.34). Placed 21st/34 in the long jump (19-03.50) and 1st/7 in the high jump (6-08.70) at the George Davidson Invitational. Jumped to a 2nd place finish at both the Skyhawk Invitational (6-10.75) and The Holy Cross Crusades (6-06.75) in the high jump. Finished 1st/18 at the Brown Springtime Invitational in the high jump (6-11.00). Recived All-Conference honors in the High Jump with a second place finish with a height of 6'11.75". Placed second in the High jump at the New England Championships with a height of 6'8.75", collecting All-New England honors.

High School: 2011 graduate of BC High School. Four-year letterwinner in outdoor track and three-year letterwinner in indoor track. Captured the Division 1 state championship in the high jump his junior year. Two-time Division 1 state champion in the high jump. Catholic Conference Most Valuable Player in 2011 outdoor season.

Personal: Born on September 08, 1992 in York, Pa. Son of Maureen and Kim Staley of Medway, Mass. Has a sister, Erica (17). Lists greatest sports moment as winning the Division 1 Indoor Track state championship in the jump his junior year clearing 6'10. Lists favorite team as the Boston Celtics.
