Indoor Season

2012-13: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (Spring Semester). Did not compete during the indoor season.

2011-12: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll (Fall Semester). Competed in both the long jump and triple jump for the Skyhawks on the season. Finished 8th overall in the triple jump with a personal best (indoors) distance of 42-09.00 at the Northeast-10 Conference (NE-10) Championsips (2/18/12). Placed 17th overall in the long jump (19-02.00) and 16th overall int he triple jump (39-01.00) at the Charley Torpey Memorial Invitational (2/4/12). Ranked 11th overall in the long jump at the University of New Hampshire Tri-Meet (1/21/12). Also, placed 9th overall in the triple jump (39-09.25) at the same meet. Ranked 10th overall in the long jump (18-05.75) at the Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/10/11). Opened up his season at the Jay Carisella Invitational (12/3/11) with marks of 18-10.50 in the long jump and 38-00.00 in the triple jump.

2010-11: NE-10 Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll. Placed 13th overall at the Tufts Stampede in the long jump with a mark of 18-09.75. Set a personal best mark of 38-03.25 in the triple jump at the Jay Carisella Invitational. Also competed in the triple jump at the Tufts Stampede finishing 18th overall with a mark of 37-10.00. Ran a time of 24.74 in the 200 meter dash at the Jay Carisella Invitational.

Outdoor Season

2013: All-New England (decathlon). Competed in a multitude of events for the Skyhawks, including the decathlon. Finished 11th in the high jump at Bridgewater State Bears Invitational (3/23), clearing 5-08.00. Placed 15th in the long jump at UMass Invitational (4/13), jumping 19-05.50. At the same meet, finished13th in the 110-meter hurdles, completing the race in 17.80-seconds. Took home 4th in the high jump at Holy Cross Invitational (4/20) with a height of 6-02.00. Finished 8th in the javelin, throwing 141-08.00. Placed 9th in the long jump ,clearing 19-04.25. At Skyhawk Invitational (4/26), placed 10th in the pole vault, clearing 10-11.75. Finished 8th in the shot put with a throw of 32-00.75. At the Northeast-10 Championships (5/4), competed in the decathlon, finishing 3rd with 5674 points. Was victorious in the pole vault (12-03.50), shot put (34-06.25), and discus (89-09.00) events. At the New England Championships (5/11), finished 5th in the decathlon with 5523 points, good for an All-New England bid.

2011: Athletic Director's Honor Roll Spring Semester. NE-10 Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll. Placed 9th overall at the NE-10 championships in the triple jump with a mark of 39-02.25. Set a personal best, outdoors, in the triple jump at the George Davis Invitational with a distance of 39-02.50. Also competed in the triple jump at the Skyhawk Invitational (39-02.50). Competed in the long jump three times during the season at the George Davis Invitational (19-06.75), the Bridgewater State University Invitational (5.74 meters) and the Skyhawk Invitational (19-01.50).

High School: 2010 graduate of Newington High School. Lettered three years in indoor and two years in outdoor track, and was a two-year captain in both sports. School record-holder in the decathlon. Also lettered three years in football and two in baseball. Participated in a cappella and frisbee.

Personal: Born January 27, 1993, New Haven, Conn. Son of Robert and Bonnie Willgoos of Newington, Conn. Two siblings, Tyler (16) and Megan (13). Majoring in international business and political science. Member of the Surround Sound a cappella group and president of the O'Hara Hall Council. Favorite sports moment was breaking his own high school record to finish fourth in the state decathlon championship.
