2012-13: Competed in the shot put once, finishing 4th at UMass Boston Invitational (12/1/12) with a throw of 44-11.00, good for a personal best indoors.

2011-12: Competed in the shot put five times throughout the season for Stonehill. Set his personal best (indoors) in his first-ever collegiate meet with a toss of 44-09.75 to earn first place honors at the Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/10/11). Finished 6th overall at the University of New Hampshire Tri-Meet (1/21/12) with a toss of 44-00.50. Placed 20th overall at the New Balance Boston Collegiate Indoor Games (1/27/12) with a toss of 42-07.00. Ranked 11th overall in the shot put at the Charley Torpey Memorial Invitational (2/4/12) posting a mark of 42-11.75. Finished 9th overall at the Northeast-10 Conference (NE-10) Championships (2/18/12) with a toss of 43-04.25.

Outdoor Season

2013: Did not compete in the outdoor season.

2012: Competed in four meets for the Skyhawks. Threw for an 11th place finish (42-11.36) in the shot put at the UConn Spring Invitational. Took 6th in the shot put at the Skyhawk Invitational (46-01.50). Notched a 6th/13 place finish at the Holy Cross Crusades in the shot put (44-01.50)

High School: 2011 graduate of Nashua High School South. Four year letterwinner for coach Scott Knight. Helped lead team to New Hampshire State Championship his sophomore season. Also lettered in indoor and outdoor track and field.

Personal: Born May 25, 1993, in Beverly, Mass. Son of Michael and Christine Parsons of Nashua, N.H. Has a sister, Laurel (16). Majoring in computer science. Supports the New England Patriots.
