Indoor Season

2012-13:NE-10 Commisioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll (Fall Semester). Competed in three meets during the indoor season, throwing the shot put twice and the weight throw three times. Finished 17th in both shot put events, a 39-04.50 effort at Joe Donahue Games (1/25/13), and a 42-00.75 showing at URI Coaches Tribute Invitational (2/2). Placed 12th in the weight throw at Joe Donahue Games, throwing 39-03.00. Finished 15th at URI Coaches Tribute Invitational, throwing 46-02.50, a personal best. Placed 9th at Northeast-10 Championships (2/16) with a throw of 46-00.75.

Outdoor Season

2013: Threw the discus and the hammer throw in five meets for the Skyhawks. Placed 7th in the discus at Holy Cross Invitational (4/20) with a throw of 108-07.00. Captured 4th in the discus at Skyhawk Invitational (4/26) by throwing 121-01.00, which was beat by a throw of 122-10.00 at Northeast-10 Championships (5/4), good for 10th in the conference. Placed 9th in the hammer throw (116-00.00) at Holy Cross Invitaitonal. Captured 5th at Skyhawk Invitational with a throw of 127-07.00, a personal best. Placed 13th at Northeast-10 Championships in the hammer throw, throwing 120-04.00.

High School: 2012 graduate of Saint John's Prep School. Lettered in track & field, football and sailing. Earned the Academic Excellence award sophomore year. Received the track team Coach's Award senior year.  Served as track team captain senior season.

Personal: Born September 24, 1993 in Novato, California. Son of Dale and Karen.  Has two siblings, Byron (22) and Norris (20). Enjoys hiking, waterskiing and snow skiing.  Chose Stonehill because of the community.
