Indoor Season

2011-12: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (Both Semesters). USTFCCCA East Region (Pole Vault). Competed in the pole vault eight times throughout the duration of the season. Placed third overall at the Northeast-10 Conference (NE-10) Championships (2/18/12) clearing 13-feet and 7.25-inches. Set a new school record in the pole vault at the Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/11/12) with a leap of 14-feet and 7.25-inches for eighth place out of 22 competitors. Tied the school record at the New England Championships (2/24/12). Finished third overall at the Charley Torpey Memorial Invitational (2/4/12) clearing a height of 14-feet and 6.25-inches. Cleared 14-feet at the New Balance Boston Collegiate Indoors Games on January 27, 2012.

2010-11: NE-10 Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll. Cleared a season best height of 11-feet and 1.75-inches (3.40m) at the Tufts University Stampede. Also competed at the NE-10 championships.

Outdoor Season

2010-11: Athletic Director's Honor Roll Spring Semester. NE-10 Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll. Set his career best in the pole vault clearing 13-feet and 5.25-inches (4.10m) at the Skyhawk Invitational finishing in fourth place. Also competed in the pole vault at four different meets including the Bryant University Invitational (13-feet), George Davis Invitational (12-feet and 11.50-inches), UMass Minutemen Invitational (13-feet and 3.50-inches) and the NE-10 championships (12-feet and 11.50-inches).

High School: 2009 graduate of Chaminade High School. Letterwinner for indoor and outdoor track Nassau-Suffolk Catholic High School Athletic Association (NSCHSAA) League Champion in varsity pole vault his senior year.

Personal: Born September 23, 1991, Glen Head, N.Y. Son of Nancy and Patrick Byrnes of Glen Head. Has a brother, Connor (17). Majoring in biology. Lists Timothy Mack as favorite athlete.
