Kevin Gill, a two-time Indoor All-American as a freshman, looks to repeat the feat as a sophomore.

Gill, DMR Set To Run At Nationals In Houston

Houston, Texas - Sophomore sensation Kevin Gill (Brockton, Mass.) and the distance medley relay quartet of Gill, freshman Steve Comis (Reading, Mass.), and sophomores Dan Pilz (Newington, Conn.), and Ben Rumery (Dayton, Maine) will all be in action at the Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships in conjunction with the Division II Winter Sports Festival hosted by the University of Houston beginning Friday, March 13.

Gill, who earned All-America status at the 2008 Championships a season ago, returns to improve on his sixth place finish in the one mile event.

The distance medley relay, meanwhile, will also be looking to reclaim All-America honors after last year's fifth place finish. However, Gill is the only returning member of the group as the other three runners all graduated.

The top eight finishers earn All-America accolades.

Gill will run in the mile event beginning at approximately 5:15 p.m. EST and the relay will get under way at approximately 8:25 p.m.
