Burbank Sets Men's Record In 55 Meters As Indoor Track And Field Seasons Begin At Northeastern Husky Carnival

BOSTON, Mass.-- Both Stonehill indoor track and field teams began their respective 2004-2005 seasons on Saturday afternoon by competing at the Northeastern Husky Carnival at the Reggie Lewis Center.

On the men’s side, sophomore Dana Burbank (North Andover, Mass.) set a school record in the 55 meters with a time of 8.13 seconds and finished fifth in the high jump with a mark of 1.93 meters.

Both Stonehill squads return to action next Saturday morning by heading to Cambridge, Mass. to participate in the Harvard Invitational beginning at 11:00 a.m.
