2015: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll fall semester.

2014:  NE-10 All-Conference Second Team.  Competed in 6 meets for the Skyhawks.  Opened up his sophomore season at the Kutztown Invitational with a time of 27:00.4 which was good for 25th place.  Ran a time of 25:46 at the Paul Short Invitational which placed him 183rd.  Placed 16th at the Gates Farm meet with a time of 31:51.9.  Earned All-Conference honors with his 11th place finish in a time of 28:29.4. In his first NCAA East Regional Championship, he placed 76th with a time of 34:05.8.  Rounding out his sophomore season, he ran a 33:58.9 which was good for 172nd at the NCAA Championship meet.

2013: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (both semesters). Athletic Director's Honor Roll (fall semester). Competed in the first five meets of the season during his freshman campaign. Finished eighth overall at the Shacklette Invitational with a time of 27:57.2 in his first collegiate race (9/7). Followed that performance up with a 68th-place finish at the DII/DIII Challenge in 27:24.07 (9/14). Posted a time of 27:02, good for 20th overall, at the Codfish Bowl (9/28). Registered a season-best time of 26:54 (56th overall) in the sub-varsity race at the New England Championships (10/12). Made his final appearance of the season at the NE-10 Championship, finishing 80th overall and clocking in at 28:08 (10/27).

High School: 2013 graduate of Bishop Hendricken High School. Competed in cross country, track, and freshman basketball. As a sophomore, won a state championship in both cross country and indoor track. As a junior and senior, was a member of back-to-back state and New England championship teams. All-State honors in cross country as a junior and senior.

Personal: Born June 1, 1995 in Providence, R.I. Son of Karen and Warren Henseler of Coventry, R.I. Has two brothers, Kyle (16), and Luke (12). Lists favorite team as the Hickory Huskers and favorite athlete as Larry Bird.
