2012: NCAA Division II All-East Region Team. NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (Spring Semester). Earned a 32:48 time and a 201st overall finish at the NCAA Division II Championships 10k. Posted a 16th place finish and a career-best 31:08.8 time in the 10k NCAA East Regional Championships. Recorded a time of 25:23 and finished 85th at the Paul Short Invitational. Registered an eighth place finish and a career-best 8-kilometer time of 24:47 at the Minuteman Invitational. Cina Named to NCAA All-East Region Team. 

2011: NCAA Division II All-East Region Team. NE-10 All-Conference Second Team. NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (Spring Semester). Posted a season-best time of 24:55.08 at the NE-10 Championships on the 8-kilometer course for a tenth place finish overall. Finished 12th overall at the NCAA Division II East Regionals with a time of 32:09.9 (10-kilometers). Placed 37th overall and 13th among Division II competitors at the National Catholic Championships with a time of 25:40 on the 8-kilometer course. Finished 45th overall at the New England Championships (25:55, 8-kilometers). Ran a time of 35:39.7 on the 10-kilometer course at the NCAA Division II National Championships. Cina Earns NE-10 All-Conference Second Team Honors.

2010: Finished 30th overall at the NE-10 Championships (26:17.1, 8-kilometers). Placed 48th overall at the Division II East Regional in a time of 33:33 on the 10-kilometer course. Finished 171st overall at the Division II Championships (35:16, 10-kilomters). Placed 59th overall at the Kutztown University Division II Challenge with a time of 28 minutes-flat.

High School: 2010 graduate of Pembroke High School. Four-year letterwinner in cross country and indoor and outdoor track, captaining all three teams. Member of cross country state championship team. Seven-time league All-Star selection. Boston Globe All-Scholastic selection for cross country. Three-time conference individual champion (cross country, 1000m, mile).
