Placed seventh overall at the Shacklette Invitational with a time of 27:32.2 (8-kilometers). Ran a time of 27:24 on the 8-kilometer course at the Codfish Bowl.

2010: NE-10 Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll. Posted a time of 28:27 on the 8-kilometer course at the New England Championships (134th overall). Ran a time of 27:47 for 11th overall at the Quinnipiac University Invitational.

2009: Placed 66th overall at the NE-10 Championship to set a season-best mark of 27:46. Finished 53rd at the Kutztown University Division II Challenge in 27 minutes and 49 seconds on the 8-kilometer course.

High School: 2009 Graduate of Thomaston High School. Ran cross country, indoor, and outdoor track for coach Mark Olsen. Two-time Berkshire League medalist. Named league All-Star. Member of three State Championship teams (2006, 2007, and 2008).

Personal: Born August 30, 1991, Bristol, Conn. Son of MaryBeth Johnson of Thomaston, Conn. and Neil Johnson of Bristol. Has three siblings, Peter (34), Matt (24), and Stephen (20). Majoring in marketing. Lists favorite athlete as Kara Goucher.
