2008: Placed 15th in the 8k at the Tufts Invite (28:13.47). Placed 36th in the 8k at the Codfish Bowl (27:28). Placed 36th in the Junior Varsity 8k race at the New England Championships (26:49). Placed 28th in the 8k at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (26:55). Placed 63rd in the 10k at the East Regional Championships (34:45.8).

2007: Placed 91st in the 8k at the Connecticut College Invite (27:51). Placed 87th in Junior Varsity 8k race at the New England Championships (28:04). Placed 63rd overall in the 8k at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (28:44.1).

High School:
2007 graduate of Lynbrook High School. Four-year letterwinner in cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field. Voted captain of all three teams as a junior and senior. Recipient of the Dick Ferziger Memorial Award for Nassau County. Earned all-county honors. Named team MVP. Honored with the News-12 Scholar Athlete Award. National Honor Society member.

Born April 4, 1989, New Jersey. Son of Tom and Ginny Lynch of Lynbrook, N.Y. Has three siblings, John (31), Carly (20) and Kim (18). Majoring in English with a minor in secondary education. His favoite team is the New York Jets. Lists favorite athlete as Dathan Ritzenhein.
