Skyhawks Sweep Setters 9-0
Easton, Mass. - The Stonehill men's tennis team swept Pace 9-0 on Sunday afternoon to improve 9-3 and run their winning streak to four.
The Skyhawks started off strong in doubles play, allowing the Setters just one point in three sets, winning 8-0, 8-1, 8-0.
In singles play, Tim Fayed (Conn.), Mike Leone (), Will Herchel () and Jon Burke all won by 6-0, 6-0 scores for Stonehill. Senior captain Jasone Allegretti had the closest singles match, winning 6-2, 6-1.
The Skyhawks move 9-3 overall, and a perfect 3-0 in Northeast-10 play. They return to action on Thursday when they travel to take on Bentley.
