Stonehill Men Sweep AIC 9-0
Easton, Mass. - The Stonehill men swept the AIC yellow jackets on Saturday afternoon, taking a 9-0 victory and improve to 8-3 overall and 2-0 in NE-10 play.
The Skyhawks opened the contest by sweeping all three doubles matches 8-0. In singles play Tim Fayed (Glastonbury, Conn.) at No. 1 singles and Matt Pacino (North Reading, Mass.) at No. 6 singles both swept their opponents 6-0, 6-0. The four remaining singles matches were all decided in straight sets as well, with only one set going to 6-3.
Stonehill returns to action on Sunday when they play host to Pace.
