Conrad Whyte is entering his third season as associate head coach with the Stonehill College men’s soccer program. He brings over twenty years of high-level playing and coaching experience to coach Jim Reddish’s staff.

Guided the 2016-17 squad to a ninth-place finish in NE10 Conference play, wrapping up the season with a 7-10 overall record and a 5-8 conference mark. Stonehill was voted to finish eighth in the 2016 NE10 men's soccer preseason coaches' poll. Whyte helped coach Adam Branco '18 to the NE10 All-Conference third team.

Whyte comes to Stonehill from Northeastern University where he helped lead the team to a fifth-place finish in the CAA regular season and a semifinals berth in the conference playoffs as an assistant in 2014. In 2015, he finished the season as the interim head coach at Northeastern University compiling a record of 1-1 in the CAA.
 
Conrad assisted the Northeastern program in all aspects with main responsibilities including videography, recruiting, planning and implementing of daily training schedule as well as game day operations.
 
Whyte’s list of accomplishments while coaching at Northeastern include coaching the Colonial Athletic Association’s rookie of the year in 2014 as well as numerous first- and second-team All-CAA selectees.

Whyte spent two years as an assistant coach at Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Mass., a Division III program that competes in the Commonwealth Coast Conference. In his second season at ENC, Whyte helped the men's soccer team to its first conference playoff berth in ten years. He also gained experience as head coach of several premier division teams in Antigua, including West Ham FC and Empire FC. Also Whyte spent time coaching in the U.S. Development Academy League serving as Head Coach of the FC Bolts u15 Academy team.

Whyte played soccer collegiately at John Brown University, a NAIA school located in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He earned several accolades as a Golden Eagle, including being named NAIA Oklahoma/Arkansas Section Player of the Year and NAIA All-American Honorable Mention in 1994. Following college, Whyte returned to Antigua to resume his playing career.

As a member of Empire FC, Whyte became one of the most decorated players in Antigua's history. He won the Antiguan Footballer of the Year Award in 1998 and was the Golden Boot winner from 1997-2001, averaging 21 goals per season. As a striker, Whyte holds the record for most goals in a single season (26) and career (156) in Antiguan club soccer. He has represented his country as a member of the Antigua and Barbuda National Team from 1990-2002, and also played for U13, U15, U17, U20, and U23 teams on the national level.

Whyte holds a USSF A and B Coaching License, as well as a USSF National Youth License and a NSCAA Director of coaching diploma. He currently serves as the Director of Coaching at America FC United in Quincy, Mass.
