NE10 Men's Soccer Weekly Report: Week 3 

EASTON, Mass. (September 17, 2018) – The Stonehill College men's soccer team saw junior goalkeeper Brendan Hughes earn Northeast-10 Conference Goalkeeper of the Week, as announced by the league on Monday.

Hughes assisted the Skyhawks to a 1-1 week, including a 1-0 shutout against American International College on Saturday after falling 2-0 to Adelphi University on Tuesday, September 11.

The junior from Billerica, Massachusetts combined for seven saves in the victory over the Yellow Jackets in his second-collegiate start and first start of the season. Hughes tallied his first shutout and victory of his career, for the Skyhawk's second zero in the back game of the season.

Stonehill (2-2-1, 1-1-0 NE10) hosts Southern Connecticut State University on Wednesday, September 19 at 4:00 p.m. on Skyhawk Field and then travels to Manchester, New Hampshire to take on Southern New Hampshire University on Saturday, September 22 at 7:00 p.m.
